      Sold my old house today. Yay! ...left a little housewarming gift for the buyers. ...they, like most everyone else in the world, love JB. (not)



      She likes to pop bubble wrap, so I left her a huge roll to pop.

      He hates it, so I left a pair of earplugs for him.

      ...and a Wegmans gift card for both to enjoy.

      This can be called your daily life I suppose... I was stoned two days ago and felt like drawing. I've barely drawn since 8 years ago, so I'm very satisfied with results. I'm not done yet though.

      The tree is big and has large roots that are very visible. Metaphorically speaking it is supposed to mean that I'm grounded (which I not always am, admittedly). The broken pillar on the right tells us it's been there for a long time (stone doesn't just break down), yet the tree has life growing on it (the mushrooms). With age comes wisdom, but what use is wisdom if there is no life in the tree?

      Like I said, the tree is me.

      They are, and I can name a few more on here. However, beauty is common. It's on the inside what counts in the end.

      Thanks! I liked the process and the result of the drawing as well, I will definitely make more. Perhaps I can color as well, but I'll have to buy some pencils.

      From Manayunk, Philadelphia on the Schuylkill River Trail, I ran out a from Jefferson'sville, some 11.5 miles away, and back! Yes some 23 miles traveled on foot ;P It's so beautiful out there! Especially in fall.

      I don't know what kind of bug this is, but apparently they eat flies.



      I watched this smaller one for about 5 minutes trying to sneak up on this much larger fly. It got so close, but in the end chickened out.
