That house with the crazy trees is awesome. I want that house and yard.

Melanie, it is hard to put into words how much I love Austin. I lived right by the intersection of Lamar and 40th, and those pictures look just like my old neighborhood.

Funny, I was gonna say that hill one looks like the road I used to live on too. I think the house on the left

Great, now my trees just look like the stupidest, most lamest trees in the world. It's like they weren't even trying. "Yeah, we'll go up." Clever, guys. Very creative. Except that one tree that goes kinda sideways, but it's just an idiot, I think.

This came today UPS. If I didn't know any better, I'd think Danny is trying to build some muscle:

Who isn't. If I made a company my goal would be profits. My list of goals would end there.

Damn! That's a lot of protein. I have one shake a day, two if I workout. But I just get a huge 5lb tub about every 3 months.

He read that he needs to take in 4000 calories a day. And 400 grams of protein.

Hope he doesn't end up with kidney stones.

LoL 400g! You're not serious surely? Can't tell if you're joking.

It's usually about 1g/per lb of body weight. So, if he weighs 200lbs, then 200g. Some people say 2-2.4g/per kg....maybe he confused the kg ratio with lbs. Most I've seen is 1.5g/per lb of body weight.

Unless of course he weighs 400lbs....but I doubt that. That'd make almost half of those 4k calories in protein....which should mostly be carbs n fat.

It's all quite debatable, but I hope he doesn't start on 400g of protein. Though if he's going by the 1.5g/ per lb and needs 400g...he's already a hench, muscly 265lbs bastard lol. Basically, GoldBerg and Stone Cold Steve Austin.
