That is fucking phenomenal.
In terms of functionality; no. And I know this. It would appear she just needs a soldering job, although the conductivity has been dodgy for a long time, and now - even when the wires are connected to the jack itself - no sound travels through. I think that may involve more than just the soldering, but I dunno.
But the main issue is that she's just all banged the fuck up. You really can't tell, because I haven't really taken pictures of the damage, but she's pretty banged up. Large chunks of the finish are smashed out of her, because the straps/pegs I had when I first got her were shit, and would just slip off in the middle of playing. More than once, I've dropped her on the garage concrete, and it shows.
Like I said, though, I'm going to keep her and fix her up eventually, but I decided I'm not going to spend too much on trying to repair all of the cracks (and downright breaks) in the body, along with fixing her functionality, because I'm looking to get something else. A different style, maybe. I'm just not exactly sure on what, yet.
Woke up just after 3am, couldn't get tired again.. fiddled around with Facebook, grabbed my sudoku book, decided i was hungry.. So this is my night as of 4:45am

Chicken fried bacon from the state fair. :smitten: Luckily those weren't all for me. >w< After two strips of pure ecstasy I was afraid that any more might make me nauseous from bliss overload, and too much fat.
Also, there was a giraffe there. :teeth:

I'm enjoying my college. :) Saw this view from one of the buildings and I thought it was nice enough to take a picture.

There are cool metal sculptures infront of the library. I think it would be fun to make them come to life in my dreams and ride around on them.

Once a year at my karate dojo we have picture day. We took a nice black belt group picture. People who trained with my sensei back in the seventies came too so it was a nice reunion. That's my sensei in the back showing some much older pictures.

You have a great camera and a good eye, all your pictures turn out beautiful.
Thank you, khh. My camera is only a little $150 Canon. I would love to get a nicer camera someday. But I have done pretty well with little cameras like this one. I think my pictures turn out so nice becasue I live in a place where it's nearly impossible to take a bad picture--there is so much beauty around to capture. But I do love to try to get fun shots and different angles and stuff. I have a passion for photography. That's why my camera makes such a good dream sign for me.
Déjà vu sets in!

A very similar rock near Frederick, Maryland.
That's awesome, anderj. What a cool rock formation. And I love all the moss. I wish more moss grew in my area.
Went to the Dallas Arboretum the other day and got to see the Chihuly exhibit. I took a ton of photos, but here's one of my favs. It's called "Fiori Sun"
http://imageshack.us/a/img687/1429/chihulyfiorisun.jpg
Fun fact: The first time I ever saw a Chihuly installation was at the Spencer Theater in Ruidoso, NM. His "Glowing Sunset Tower," basically a 14-foot and 1,200 pound red tentacley looking Christmas tree, was purchased by the Spencer group for $750,000.
Wow, that's beautiful. So are they glass sculptures that they placed in with the plants? I need one for my garden. :)
Yeah! He does that alot, these "installations." He likes things to look really organic, so he just makes this glass stuff and shoves them in gardens, rivers, waterfalls, you name it. I don't know haw far you are from Glendale, but he has an installation at the Foothills Library that went for hundreds of thousands of dollars too: Phoenix Daily Photo: The Sun and The Moon
Got a new guitar. Bought it used (don't have $500) so its kinda beat up but thats ok
