See above. Also please cite that because I don't believe 3/4s of my penis' nerve endings are in a flap of skin that used to cover the head of my penis.

When you're circumsized, all the nerve endings in the head of the penis are constantly exposed, dulling the feeling. So I've heard. When your circumsized, can't you roll the skin all the way down to the base?

I wouldn't say the base, but you can role it so far back that there's no noticeable difference between it and a cut penis. Or at least most people can.
