I think we should ignore all gay people completely in society. Not gay rights, and I believe marriage is between a man and a woman. However, I think we should vote in our states on the gay rights issue. What is wrong with applying "don't ask, don't tell" to all of our society? If I was gay that's what I would want. I wouldn't go around whining about how I am at such a disadvantage to everyone else. I would mind my own business.

You don't want to be free to hold hands or kiss the one you love, without the fear of people beating you up/killing you? You don't see the problem in not being able to freely express who you are?

I wouldn't go around whining about how I am at such a disadvantage to everyone else.
