LOL, my brother (as of right now) is coming home from work. And he's like 4 hours late and my parents were worried and pissed off as hell because we were going to a cousins house. And now we are fucking late because we are still waiting for him and when he gets home my parents will kill him.
 This shall be interesting...
For some idiotic reason my brother gave me his FB password (long story) WHILE I was on the laptop. He doesn't have his at the moment.
DAFUQ was he thinking >_>
yay :3
Nice.
Go sign him up for dog-love groups and PETA.
another awesome day! went to my parents' for a tasty dinner at noon, then headed out to some trails a coworker recommended. kinda far.. about 25 minutes from my parents' house, and i live about another 40 minutes away from them. So it's over an hour drive from my place. BUT, the trails were great!
I was a bit confused at first. I used GPS coordinates and got to a parking lot fine, but wasn't sure where to go from there. The path goes around a huge lake, so a lot of people at the parking lot were actually there for the lake. I saw a guy getting bike gear ready and asked him. I ended up riding with him for a while and he showed me around. For being a fairly shy guy, I've been talking to and hanging out with a lot of strangers lately. Actually, I guess I'm not really that shy anymore. I've "loosened up" a lot the last few years.
But anyway, the trail is awesome. We took the shorter loop (the long loop is like 30 miles I believe; I only put on ~20 miles). The scenery changes a lot. Goes from being a thick forest to open fields to awesome scenic views of the lake. There were a lot of "beaches" that you could access off the trail, which make for awesome resting spots (I might post a picture later). The terrain was a blast too. The whole path is just a dirt single track with a lot of decent technical parts. Lots of ups and downs, pretty well maintained. Basically, really really fun. :) I'll be back, even though it is fairly far away.
Now? Relaxing at the apartment with a beer, waiting for my towels to dry so I can get a much needed shower. Then, some more beer and food... and I guess I should read the silly play/drama/whatever you call this crap for class tomorrow. :(
Ah waiting for the towels to dry only to wet them again. Poor towels get no peace.
I woke up with an awesome dream that I can't recall. The room door was opened and I could hear the TV, so I immediately got up to close the door. Totally forgetting that moving ruins my chance of recalling my dream.
I was trying to act contented that I woke up with a good dream even though I can't remember it and packed my bed. When I kept my favourite plushie away, I looked at its face and BAMP! all my dreams came back. :D
HAPPY! :boogie:
I received fellatio from Frida Kahlo, but hey, beggars can't be choosers! :D (In a dream of course, no necrophilia)
Wow, you really are proud - in here too.... ;p
le gasp! I never thought of that T_T
I did spam his wall with love quotes and 'OMG I LUV LIL WAYNE <3 <3 <3' and 'I wanna join the Navy because the thought of being around seamen arouses me' and 'Shoot for the moon, even if you miss you will land among the stars OMG MY FAVOURITE QUOTE <3'. I looked to the annoying facebook girl meme for ideas :3
I also changed his hometown to Joesph Konys hometown. and I was gonna change his name to Joesph Kony but there is a 24 hour waiting before that happens :(
Slept well and had an unusually vivid dream.
My parents' got me a cell phone. Said they were worried about me not having one... -_-
But to be fair, I really should be bringing my a phone with when biking. I bring my GPS, but that's not too much help without a phone. Plus, having a ~35 mile commute warrants a cell phone as well, I suppose. I was planning on getting a pay-as-you-go phone (which is what they got me) eventually anyway. So, I guess it's cool. Still, don't really plan on using it much (if at all). Just a safety thing, really.
Currently cooking some food, then out for another ride... I put in a vacation day for today; no work. :) Pretty windy, but otherwise nice weather. Rained a bit last night, but not for long--trails shouldn't be too wet.
I was in a fake-fight with my little brother and his friend and I still could beat both of them! That made me happy.
But damn those kid's grow up way to fast...
It's eight in the evening and the sun has only just set. This makes me very very happy.
Another awesome day of riding! I went back to the state park I went to before... the one with nice trails, but pretty short and nothing too complicated. Except, that's not the case. :) Rode a round more and found a path I missed before, which leaded out a bit farther and a LOT of nice technical single track trails branch off from there. A little bit of everything! Some real difficult parts I couldn't touch, some easier stuff I was able to (with practice) tackle for the most part, and a lot of just nice curvy and fairly smooth trails. Very "mountainous." Awesome part is, this park it about 20-30 minutes away. Not bad! Nice for weekend rides.
It's not even 7pm here, but I'm started the night early... got some milk stouts to try. Actually like it quite a bit. Unfortunately, my four day weekend of fun is coming to an end. Back to work tomorrow. :( Weather was awesome though, couldn't have asked for a better four days.
My mind didn't wander off with negative thoughts today and I am happy. :content:
Although the chest still feels a little at discomfort when I wondered why I didn't have negative thoughts because I was thinking about it. Perhaps the non-negative mind today was a combination of first attempt at self-hypnosis, job interview and a visit to aunty's house because I was nearby? :)
The yard people came today and mowed the lawn. It looks and smells nice.
And even better, the guy using the weedeater actually moved the pumpkin vine by hand before he cleaned up the growth around it. That was nice to see.
Melanieb made me laugh through ---->this.<----
Funny stuff, melanieb xD That made my day, thank you. :)
You are welcome, Link! You receiving it with a smile made my day!
No assignments to finish before next week for Chemistry Lab, just the quiz, but that's nothing.
No exams next week since today's exam was my last one for now.....
Just finals, studying for practical exams for Chemistry and Biology......and hope that I get good grades for this semester.....really looking forward to ANY curving these professors are going to give, ESPECIALLY the Biology one....
but for now, I should be happy that there isn't a lot for me to do except just relax, calm down, stop contemplating on being depressed over the exam today, and just keep trying my best instead of giving up...:)
I had a good day. :]
I didn't even have to use my A.K.
I gotta say, today was a good day!
