I considered whether you meant 'all women' or just some from the beginning, and almost didn't reply at all because I feared the exact reaction from you I'm getting. But I did, precisely because I determined you did likely mean all women, due to your wording. It's like how in statement, "the wings that bats have," It's implied that all bats have wings.
