When Creeperhost updates, then I'll figure out the folder thing. I only play your world, Dianeva, because I've lost too many home games because of oddly lost files.
I've been wanting to build a church for a while. I had a really nice one on one of my lost games (Cheating enabled). I just wish I was more creative so I could build more than 2 differently shaped buildings I've looked at other peoples creations on-line and I just can't wrap my brain around it I also own an architecture book (bought at a yard sale for SIMS inspiration years ago), but those designs seem even more impossible. Oh well. I still have fun regardless

I have been playing the game wayyy too much though. Last night, I dreamed Dianeva made a very modern home and I was exploring it when 2 creepers appeared out of nowhere and exploded lots of chests full of loot. I wanted to replace it but the items disappeared before I could collect them. Earlier, I took a nap and dreamed of terraforming and creepers (What is the actual term? It's more than "landscaping" when you build and level mountains... but it's not terraforming either which has atmospheric implications?)

Once more, I'm perplexed by caffeine and its effects on pulse and blood pressure. I accidentally took 2 earlier. My pulse is a very low (for me) 78 and BP is a wonderful 110/76.
I've been without Celexa for 2 days because I didn't want to deal with crowds of people at Walmart (we're having a week-long festival and then it was also Mothers Day). My adrenaline surges are back with a vengeance and the caffeine does not help... but how can a person have constant adrenaline rushes yet a slow pulse?

As for Puerto Rico... it was a very magical place because of my age, I imagine. My parents were also extremely violent with one another during that time, which I'm sure contributed to my imaginative escapes. I was there from 7-10 years of age.. or thereabouts. My mother had given me a doll she had as a child. It was about 3 feet tall and I was scared of it. I locked her in my closet and one day, I'd swear to this day, that she tilted her head at me and winked. I still have nightmares of her chasing me to this day (once every year or 2 lol). Another time, I was exploring some deep woods with friends and we came across a clothes line and a bucket that seemed filled with blood. I was convinced it was at the time, but looking back it was likely just rust

Mostly, though, I remember those birds. Because my parents were always fighting, I would spend all my time listening to those birds. Dusk was the best time though. I would also shimmy up a water drain to sit on a second story ledge just to escape my folks... and because I was a monkey and climbed everything I could I played with tarrantulas, hung lizards from my ears as if earrings just to freak out my mom... but we had to avoid the bullfrogs because they were poisonous.
I've been feeling very nostalgic of that place and time.

Gah!- I'm sleepy. I should be and I don't want to be

Rant: I can't figure out how to remove my credit card from iTunes. It currently has no money on it so I can't even update free apps because my credit card isn't valid. Why does it matter? It's a friggin FREE app. Grrrr... I'll pick up a cheep iTunes card tomorrow. I'll also pay off some of my child support and set aside some money for the animals. It's my goal to have one animal spayed each month or two.
I also need to buy more clearomizers. They're tasting burnt but I just bought the buggers a couple weeks ago

Another rant is... I love the dog to pieces but Gah!- she's the fartin'est (gassiest) animal in creation. I think her sulfuric stench is permanently etched into my nose

Ah, yea I don't know about servers... but in single-player you should as long as you're using the latest update (you can change the settings in "edit profile" to always use the latest update). Maybe they don't still call them snapshots, but it's just the most recent non-official update.

      Rave: dark chocolate-covered almonds.

The crafting mossy cobblestone feature was only just added in the latest beta update.
They release the server side software with it, but there's not much point using it since it's buggier than the official stable release.
Hosting sites like creeper host wont update your server until a stable update comes by, which should be very soon since they've been on 1.7 for quite some time.

I'm loving the beta updates they've been doing lately. They added new functionality to the slime block and it's immensely powerful when used with redstone. I made a pretty cool horse storage system, where you place a horse in a slot, and it gets transported to an empty box. Then using buttons you can select which horse you want to out of 4 boxes.

The slime blocks really opened up a whole other world of possibilities, pistons can do much more and the sticky piston makes Block update detectors and pulse lengtheners etc way easier to implement. I'm happy since it's been a while since they've made such a great update.

OOoh, try Dark Chocolate with Chili (it comes as a chocolate bar here, can't remember the name though). I was very doubtful but tried it out of curiosity and it's amazing. It tastes like normal dark chocolate but has a hint of heat (not even Spice, just heat).

Dutch, is the block just glitchy in survival mode? I've used it for Creative mode creations since I started playing the game in November-January (?). I've never had any problem with it glitching. Is it a visual glitch? Maybe it caused my games to crash and disappear and I just didn't realize it lol.

Slime blocks? Like decorative blocks? Your horse box sounds neat. I'm not intelligent enough to use the pistons and redstone stuff (not saying that to "knock" myself, my brain just doesn't seem to function well with certain things and I'm okay with that). It all looks useful and visually appealing, but it's just too much for me. When I build my homes, I just use one block for exterior walls, floors, ceiling etc. I've tried insulating my walls to make them more creeper proof (block, cobblestone fence, block- for instance) but then, what do you do about windows? You either have 3 panes of glass or three fences which reduces visibility range ad seems pointless (or one pane/fence which just looks weird). For redstone creations, it seems like a lot of the mechanisms are hidden between central walls or floors. It's just too confusing

My rant... ??? My period hasn't started yet.... and I'm already broke and haven't even been paid yet ... and I've been having lots of bad dreams lately. I can write that off as too much caffeine though and they haven't been terribly bad, just stressful for the most part.... I'm sleepy and I just woke up an hour ago (after 9 hours of sleep ) I really need my friggin Provigil. Why are you so expensive, Miracle Drug? ... my adrenaline surges are driving me nuts but they're still tolerable and I'll get my script filled tonight... my stomach no longer likes Slim Jims *rage* So I'm wondering if a person can develop food sensitivities from over-consumption. ???

Rave: My hubby brought me home some eye drops. They're Soothe which is the most awesome eye drop in history. The company went under some 10 years ago or so but Bausch+Lomb bought them out, I guess, and have picked the line back up. The drops still work as wonderfully as ever. I checked the ingredients and was humored to find that Boric Acid is one of them What ever works

      Now... what to do.....

oh yes.... another rant... I bought balls for the dog the other day. She was uninterested. I found a stick and tried throwing that. She looks at both with the same expression: "You want it? You go fetch it then." rofl. I don't care if she only has a single drop of black lab in her (and she has much more than one drop): what kind of lab doesn't know how to play fetch Seriously. I now view her as if she's some sort of alien/canine body-snatcher It goes against everything in nature, hehehe.

The block isn't glitchy at all. It works perfectly fine, I was saying the the latest beta updates released for minecraft (the ones that made mossy cobblestone crafting possible) aren't yet officially added to the game. Once it's established that the feature works well it will be added to a stable update, which will be distributed to the servers.

That's how minecraft tests it's features. It releases small updates that people can download if they want and they check what type of bugs show up. A server would rarely be hosted with this version since it could contain unforeseen glitches. Once 1.8 is released you'll be able to craft the blocks.

The slime blocks actually have a really cool feature that when you move them, all the blocks touching the slime block will move with it. You can make huge moving platform, triple doors, water dams, extendable bridges etc
It's quick intuitive to work with when you have a strong foundation in Boolean logic and computer architecture

My solution to the creeper problem is spend 90% of any project building a huge wall "just in case" and realizing how overkill it is half way through

      Thanks for clarifying
lol. I used to do the wall thing. Now, I put a basic fence around my home, dig three blocks down, go out some and place another fence. The problem with that is that it can go on like that forever When I add a tier, I decide I like it and build something, then I have to protect it so I make another tier

I just finished transcribing one chapter of a bible study aid. Ugh. that took at least an hour lol I am way out of practice. I kept accidentally hitting the cap key and messing up my words.
I wish the iPad writing apps came with a tab key. I really miss those. Even for places like here. It took a very long time for me to get used to not indenting my paragraphs!!! I also wish it came with italics and bold and certain things like ??? middle row dots that are used for lists and stuff?

A rant is that I've had a picture in my head for years now. I wish I had money so I could commission someone to draw or paint it.
... I had a dream once that I got into a car accident and wandered through the woods with amnesia. I didn't even know my name. In typical dream fashion, it was dark outside and light snow was falling, but the moon was full and bright and a Mimosa tree was in full bloom near a large lake. I named myself Mimosa Waters
Nearby was a huge cave system that I moved in to. It sounds weird, but it was an extremely peaceful, nice dream. I guess it goes along with my recent bout of nostalgia, but I've been thinking about that dream a lot lately as well... I'd like a picture of that tree near the water with the snow and moonlight. The want is actually almost as powerful as a need. Very strange.

Dianeva - Yeah I confused homeopathy with holistic remedies, but to be fair, I was responding to a claim about homeopathy as if he were describing holistic remedies (essentially equating them to using weird rituals in place of modern medicine). I dislike the assumption that holistic remedy requires disregarding modern medicine in favor of scams, as it's not true and it's not rooted in that. Homeopathy as coined by a quack though.

Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.

Sorry for posting so much lately, but I have a new rave:
I saw a CNN report of this woman loosing a lot of weight and crediting (in small part) a free app. It looked familiar, and sure enough, I have it installed. What I didn't know is that it scans barcodes of your food and drinks and shows all the nutritional info and saves it I may actually be able to break free of writing everything down afterall. THAT is extremely convenient!
In order to get down to 115 pounds, the app recommends 1300 calories a day. SLim Jims, gummies, asian noodles and a coke brought that total to 860. I can eat another 470 worth of calories... I wonder what a chalupa would bring it up to
At any rate... I am extremely impressed

I have a friend that either has that app or one just like it, where it scans and tells you the nutritional info. She did end up losing a fair amount of weight too! That accountability helps I think.

That app is awesome. I can even scan my supplements
      for the rain.

Ugh... my great, nostalgic mood has turned into rage and pain. The worst part is that it's my own fault lol. I started my period last night. I wore a cup because it was light and later I beared down for too long and too forcefully to empty it (yeah, TMI, I know) and in the process I think I "sprained my uterus" It's a different set of muscles.. almost an extension of Kegel (??). I just want to die.

But no... I got out of bed, after procrastinating to the last possible minute, took my daughter to work. THen I went to fill my script (which I should have called in days ago). At first it was going to take 30 minutes. Okay. My son went shopping, we had 15 minutes to spare, so I went to Sheetz and the Dollar Tree (all in the same area) and went back... it was still 5minutes from being filled. Okay... I sat down because my back was spasming and because of ovarian or whatever cramps. But just then, a huge drove of people showed up. I jumped back in line (5 minutes worth of waiting) only to find out it was going to take 5 more minutes to fill. Sit back down, wait in line again... nope, sorry, just a couple more minutes please.

I was on the verge of tears at that point, so I told the lady I'd just pick it up at 4:00 (when I pick up my daughter)

I took my last Celexa's on the 9th, so a part of me wonders if this pain isn't because of that (in part). But that pain usually feels (in addition to cramps) like I've been kneed in the crotch a few hundred times. Thankfully, THAT pain is one I do not have.

I do have Tylenol now, and Ibuprofen, and if the spams become too much, I have valium. Gah! Why didn't I just call my script in and avoid all of this?!

I'm not doing anything at all today. And I feel like the biggest, wimpiest baby because of it lol

I feel asleep on the couch yesterday. Thankfully, I woke up and groggily transferred myself to the bed without fully waking up (I can't actually remember this transition, but I know it happened). Woke up, felt good, yada yada, then I go to brush my teeth before leaving for work and realize I'm missing one plug/earring.

So I'm guessing it fell out while I was on the couch because that's where I tend to sleep in incredibly awkward positions, but I can't find it. I also vaguely remembering briefing waking up because my cat was racing around the apartment. So now I'm thinking she may have found it and claimed it as a toy, at least for the 1 minutes toys usually last her before she kicks them somewhere she can't reach.

Urgh i feel sorry for those who work in customer service fields, Because i been there done it, been at a fast food chain and some old guy all suited up thinks he can say shit to the cashier like no problem.
This guy i seen went to take his order, i don't know what the cashier manager said to him because they were 2 guys, the manager was at the cashier and the other guy... i heard it ALL and be like...wuuuut tha fuck just happened??!
So the customer was like "You know what i don't like you, there's something about you i don't like, you should be taken out as a manager." This guy was walking away and came back again saying more things like how he's not a good manager and everyone in the place working acts like him too and that he will remember his "tag" name for now on and probably report him.
And i found nothing wrong with the manager, he is a hard working person every time i go buy something there and i hate suited up people that think they got the right to talk like that. I know when you think about it, this guy probably had a BAD day and took it out on someone else....and hey probably that suit up guy just lost his job and want to take it out on a "manager" from anywhere LOL wow people eh?

i do. but to be fair most customers are cool, its usually just one or two that can make your day go bad.....if you let it. luckily i only work part time (4 days between 4-5 hours). i wouldn't be able to take working a full time job dealing with customers. *shudders at the thought*

My boyfriend is coming here for a month and I keep ending up with so much happiness vs. so much misery situations, the outcome depending on... border guards. Haven't I been tortured enough with this? Isn't 6 years of being filled with dread whenever I meet a SO due to dreading the time we'll have to leave enough? Shouldn't I be excited? No, I dreaded this the moment he booked the trip. I'm so afraid that he'll be pulled aside by the border guards. After what happened to me. I feel like I've literally been traumatized. It's not that they kept me there and I was just upset because they were mean to me, which is the part people seem to pity me for and focus on. If I think about that same thing happening on a vacation or some job travelling thing or something, it wouldn't be 1% as bad. Sucks that I wouldn't be able to go on that stupid trip, but who the fuck really cares? This is something that makes me so content to the core and is lasting, versus something that will be so miserable. And they have the power to control it, and I won't know until later tomorrow. I won't be able to concentrate in class until I hear something. If I hear he got through.... omfg I'd be so happy. I've been so afraid I've had a lot of trouble concentrating on studying today, and I've been getting pangs of anxiety stomach lurches every few seconds for the last few hours. Wish I didn't have to sit through 2.5 hours of lecture today followed by 2 hours of an intense group work lab. How the fuck am I going to concentrate on that? What if the border people call me there? The chance is so small that he'll be pulled aside and turned back. But the possibility seems extra realistic, I guess. I wish I had the power to just not worry about it for now.

I have a hard time remaining quiet around rude people. Even if I'm not ballsy enough to directly confront the rude ones, I'd give that manager some personal words of support.

Dianeva. I hope everything goes perfectly smooth. I understand what you mean about the stress.

No real rants from me... My cramping is under control, I got my meds, I've gotten lots of sleep... I guess, my rant would be how discouraging it is to calorie count.

I don't require a lot of food. I've never been a big eater- mostly a mucher, but Gah!- those munchies add up!!! 320 in 4 slices of toast? Add 120 more for the margarine? When your limit is 1330, it adds up very quickly... especially when you drink as much Coke as I do. (2 bottles worth throughout the day= 400).
On Monday, I thought: "Okay.. instead of a Chalupa or 2 I'll have a Romaine Salad with grilled chicken. I went 155 over my limit because after I counted it all up... there was 660 calories in that salad (there would have been 700 in 2 Chalupas!)

We have thunderstorms scheduled for the rest of the week. After that, I'm getting the dog out and walking. In the meantime, I'm "jumping rope" inside. Does it count if your rope is invisible lol. And what about style? I've never jumped rope with both feet in the air at once. I alternate feet. Does that count? It's less stressful doing one foot at a time so I'm certain less calories are burned... but I'd rather alternate feet for a longer period than do both...
      Need to Google that lol

I have to take my son to counseling later. I'm worried about the gas, but we should be fine. If hubby, by chance, makes it home before we leave, I'll definitely get money then instead of later tonight.
Blah... I guess I also need to go to the store. I'm completely out of slim jims (160 calories in 4 sticks which would have been my breakfast instead of toast!) and I need to get animal food and bottled water. I guess I really do need to cultivate more of a love for water

I also know that calories in and of themselves aren't everything. That chicken salad was healthier than the chalupas. Wheat toast would have been healthier than both slim jims and white toast. With my stomach being as hopelessly picky as it is... and our storage and cooking options as limited as they are- I try to work with what I can. But it sucks

      everyone.
Hope you found your earring [?], Sefalik.

I try not to rant too often, but when I do it's usually about the joys of working in retail.

      Please, people,
Stop cursing and yelling at me about things that are out of my control.

"Why are your #&$%ing prices so high?"....don't ask me, I'm just a clerk. Ask the execs who determine that stuff.

"Who the #$&% beats up these cases of beer?"...your guess is as good as mine. Have you any idea how many hands touch that stuff before we even receive it?

"NO #$%&ing bathroom here? That's #$&%ing ridiculous!"...what do you want me to do, build one for you on the spot while I'm running this cash register?

I'm not your slave, or your psychiatrist, or your punching bag...so please stop taking all your explosive and misdirected anger out on me.

      Have a nice #$%&ing day, #$%&hole.

I'd like a picture of that tree near the water with the snow and moonlight. The want is actually almost as powerful as a need. Very strange.

Thanks for the update, Dianeva. Glad he made it to you safe and sound. Was the passage without event?

Obmij, I'll definitely do that later on today (whenever I manage to wake up )

My rant is... as much as I love the dog, Ugh! She wakes me up early every day. The bear of it is, when I take her outside she doesn't do anything. Today it hit me... she's not excited to go to the restroom, she's excited because someone else is awake and she wants to see them By the time I give up on her being outside, she's forgotten the other person and trots back to my bedroom, flops down and goes back to sleep. Seriously?
I could've gotten in 2 additional hours of sleep. Seeing how I didn't fall asleep until after 4AM, I really could have used those hours! But I can't fall back to sleep.

The other rant is related... I'm not remembering my dreams because when I wake to her whining, all I can think is: "Gotta get dressed, hurry up, you don't want her using the bathroom in here!"

A rave is that I was under my caloric limit by the time I went to sleep this morning. I wanted a snack before bed so badly but I contained myself because I had already completely my entry for the day (midnight).
Time to tackle breakfast. Hope everyone has a great day.

I saw these in the store today. Dark Chocolate almonds w/ chili... sounds really strange IMO. Tastes kinda strange too. Basically like you said. It's the same as the non-chili ones, but with heat. I'm not sure about them. "Spicy" chocolate seems a bit weird, but they're not bad.

Ugh... new rant thanks to you, Sefalik I really, really, really miss eating nuts.
I used to LOVE Almond Joy candy bars and snacking on plain Honey Roasted Peanuts. erg... then there's peanut butter or chocolate fudge with nuts... walnuts....
It's *almost* enough to make me get dental implants...

A rave is that I just found my jump style. It's called jog step. But now I'm scratching my head wondering why I can jog step with an invisible jump rope, but I don't actually jog (bad knees) It's the same friggin thing, idiot me. I'm basically just jogging in place I just time my "jumps" as if it's with a rope. There's just no space in my room to use an actual rope and I tend to do this when the weather is bad or too hot/cold.

For Christmas I gave my mother some chili chocolates, and her fiancee some chocolate truffles that were made with Tabasco sauce. I didnt get a chance to try them, but she said they were both surprisingly good. They go nuts for anything pepper though.

Personally I prefer my hot chocolate with a healthy dose of cayenne and/or chili pepper in it. Mmmm.

It's definitely not my preferred chocolate, but it's nice to mix things up every now and then

I'm laughing my butt off right now. I don't know what's wrong with me but I can never finish a soda. If I get a 2 liter, I drink half of the bottle before passing it on to Miley (who doesn't mind flat soda). Okay.... so I started getting 16.9 oz bottles... same thing.
The other day, they were out of my usual, so my son bought me tiny 12 oz bottles. I still only finish half. What the heck lol

I don't seem to believe in cups. I just rotate my bottles from the fridge to save space. I keep 2 in it at all times (unless it's a 2 liter). When the soda starts getting warm, I switch it out. I REALLY need to work on breaking this habit! It would be really wasteful if Miley wasn't around to finish them...

      **EDIT**
Bah! I'm about to go to bed, so I finished logging my calories for the day and I got a warning saying my intake was too low. I was under 1200 which is the minimum recommended I guess. Cutting out Coke and drinking more water is where they went... now I understand the concept of "empty calories" a bit more. Recording everything has definitely given me a better appreciation of my intake!!!

Don't you guys have nutritional information on the packages in America? It's required by law here.

Rant: I did not think it was possible to feel this angry. I have never been this angry for so long in my entire life, it's ridiculous.

I realise the alcohol did not help. Well, it did. But now I still have to deal with everything that I pushed aside by drinking.
Maybe it lessened it a bit and time helped, if so I wouldn't want to know how angry I'd be if I hadn't drank.

Had to take a xanax tonight just to calm down.

How can people be so fucking shit to people who are supposed to be friends? Like why even pretend you want to be friends if you don't even give a shit about them?
And to go as far as to try and fix the "friendship" when you don't even care. Seriously WTF?
Or if you do care, how can you do everything which signifies that you don't?

Fucking hell. This has been the best and worst 12 months of my life, no contest.

Side rant: I have so many things to learn and so many essays due in the next few weeks. No idea how I'm going to do it.

We have nutrition info on packages. Even fastfood places (including drive-throughs (SP!)) are starting to list calories on the menu items.
I never really pay attention to them. I mean, if I see something outrageous I'll notice it, but all the little numbers don't sound so bad... until you add them all up

Tommo. Hope things start going MUCH better for you!

No real rant here. I couldn't fall asleep last night, which is funny. I kicked the dog out so she wouldn't wake me up when someone took an early shower.... but I missed her presence in my room and couldn't relax with her gone
I've been dreaming a lot about my youngest daughter which makes me sad... but I also had god-mode and Farmville dreams to even things out. At the last dream, I was exploring somewhere and triggered a booby trap and lots of skeletal warriors attacked me. I fought them but would have been a goner if a stone Samuria (sp) hadn't materialized and saved me. I bowed to him (karate style) and then woke up.

It's kind of chilly today... going to turn off my AC then take my daughter to work (after which time, I'll be too warm and turn it back on ). It's already on the highest temp (86) and lowest fan setting. I swear my inner thermostat is broken...
