I think having a Turkey for a pet is pretty cool too. He is just a pet right? My sister had a couple pigs once she named Charlotte and Bacon. And yeah, they ate Bacon.

Yes, my turkey is a pet. We've had him since April of 2009. We bought 3 chicks and raised them. One grew up to be lame, a common condition with turkeys, and she died. Another female was less lame but as she grew it became harder for her to move around. She was taken in the night by a Great Horned Owl, and probably fed some baby owls. The male grew up strong and is quite big.

He plays a game with us. We tap our foot on the patio and he will repeat the pattern while scraping his beak on the ground. It's neat.
He also loves to eat grapes.
Lately, because it is Spring, he has been frisky and is gobbling a lot. A lot of people come by and watch him as he guards the gate to the backyard.

Now I have to see how to cope with this child disease. They told me at the hospital that the fever will cool down when my pimples appear. It's awful, I swear!

Ooh, a friend of mine had varicella as an adult (which can be quite rough for some) and I stayed with her while she got over it. For the most part, I cooked, bought her oatmeal bath, and kept her company.

Oatmeal baths seem to work so well for those itchy bumps.

Glad it isn't something more serious! Stay in and get rest!

Hey, maybe the fever will produce some nifty dreams! I always have some bizarre ones when I'm ill.

Hahaha, may be the fever caused that dream about nuclear explosion. The part with the Bg pop-folk stars and Playboy models, waving their huge silicone tits at a children party, was so disgusting, that i don't want to remember it.

You might have some bumps on your face, but they are usually more pronounced on the body trunk, the area between your neck and your waist. Whatever you do, DO NOT SCRATCH AT THEM! If the itching does develop and it does become hard to bear, apply light pressure and gently rub the area without sliding your hand around. Friction can rupture the bumps and spread germs, not to mention opening the bumps to greater risk of infection and making them hideously red.

If you do get lots of bumps...just take lots of baths. Stay hydrated.

You'll be fine.

So, why is that stopping you? You can be a hero anywhere.

I can't say anything on punishing evildoers, but there are a lot of ways to help people. Look around your university.

And if you are really into this punishment thing, try Craigslist! People there are always looking for someone to tie them up, whip them, and tell them they've been naughty!

I didn't read all the books. I've seen all the movies. But Rupert treats Emma as a sibling too so it's the same.

There is so much more that happens in the books that didn't happen in the movies.

Rupert treats Emma as such and Daniel treats Bonnie as such but how the actors relate to each other is not pertinent to the events of the story. From early on there was a light sexual tension between Ron and Hermione, and it was clear they liked each other even when they tried to hide it.

When did that happen? I haven't read the last book yet. I might have missed out some parts in the earlier books. But I can't use my imagination well when I have the whole movie impacting on me. So if I say I like Hermione it's not because of the Hermione in the book but the Hermione portrayed by Emma.

I don't really like the books any more after the first four books.

@Carrot, there are a number of instances where Ron and Hermione come in contact with each other or share an awkward moment and suddenly they act like they barely know each other. It's sexual tension. You can probably visualize it better from the movies but the books convey so much more.

I think the series ended weird...it can be so difficult to wrap up an epic with a good ending. I'm not saying it wasn't good...just odd, the visuals and scenery that Rowling wrote.

I thought the ending kinda sucked, have barely thought about the series at all since I finished the last book. :T
