Sometimes i really despise working in retail because it continually gives ignorant and mean individuals the idea that they are in the right for being so.

Maybe if everyone else stop coddling them like little babies...maybe then they'd learn how to use their brain and avoid problems in the first place. What's needed is a...

Haha, I had that too. Playing CS with a 200 latency -- was pretty lame.

Recently my mother has been randomly coming into my room; she doesn't even talk to me and just stares out of my bedroom window. I asked her if she was okay and she says 'yes'. The thing is, I don't really want my mother hanging around me ALL THE TIME. I just want to be left alone sometimes so I can get on with whatever I do... so I tried to convey this in the gentlest manner I can and she just went berserk. After a fierce 15minutes of shouting and debasing me, she said she's not going to come back for a few days.

Guess I have the house to myself then....

WTF.

Well, what do you know? She came back.

I went to Universal Studios Singapore today to celebrate my mother's birthday. The day started off bad because I was told to take a rotating tea cup ride and both my younger cousins ended up following me in and the adults totally vanished. The older one was okay because she's already 9 but the other is 3 and believe it or not, an accident really happened. We alighted from the ride and I held her hand for a while, then she wandered away and accidentally banged her head against the sharp edge of a pillar and blood started dripping out of her wound!

Her parents were nowhere in sight when we came out because they were queueing for another ride. My mother immediately reprimanded me and I almost went berserk trying to explain it's not my fault although I felt sad that my cousin's head was bleeding. I was literally stoned when I saw the blood dripping, mind's a complete blank on what to do next. Fortunately it was only a minor injury and she's fine after a while, she even let me carry her when her parents were away again. The terror of other kids' getting injured in your care, it's more frightening than any other rides in the theme park. @_@

But anyway things were well later on and for some reasons I started taking the dreaded roller coasters rides. I probably enjoyed the feeling a little. And so I decided to take the second most thrilling roller coaster in the theme park but there was a technical fault and we were given priority queue to the most thrilling roller coaster ride in the theme park. My cousins were already in the line when I gave a face of unwillingness but I ended up on the ride somehow and I needed to place my spectacles and slippers aside before I take the ride. It turns 360 degree around and when I reached the end of the ride, my body was so disorientated I thought I was upside down but I was actually the right way up. And my arms and legs were jelly from the ride so I stumbled out of it.

On the way home, my aunty and uncle were double attacking me at the same time about what I could do in life with my youth so I can make the best use of it in their opinion. Honestly wanted to argue with that but I decided to create as little problems for myself as possible. I feel I have the right to decide how I want to spend my time, regardless I am using it properly or wasting it because what matters most is what I want to do in my life, not what they want me to do in my life.

lol... it's moments like this that make me laugh. I'm not sure how to explain it in words -- perhaps it's the meticulous nature of you juxtaposed with the erratic nature of the rides.

As for your aunt/uncle.. forget about them. You should most definitely spend your time in youth as you wish -- for most people, it's one of the only times they've a sense of freedom. Though coming from me, the lazy master, I'm obviously going to say that. There's nothing inherently virtuous about slaving away at work... life isn't to work. Enjoy it. ^_^

By the time I was done with arranging them (because I took some time wondering should I place my spectacles on the dirty floor), everyone was seated in the roller coaster.

Well, i have OCD too, just not the same types as Carrot.
I had it since i was very young, but i just figured out that it' called OCD when i told about it to Carrot a month ago or so

I need order and symmetry in things... otherwise it annoys me to no end... so i can't just throw stuff around. Or if i do, i have to go after it and place it somewhere where it feels right, lol.

I had others too when i was younger, like i had to touch everything 3 times in a row... door handles, tables, pylons... i would've even done it with people, but i didn't want to tell them about this. I grown out of this gladly, but i still have this 3 mania when eating candy or chocolate, i have to take 1-2-3 bites or always 3. Weird stuff eh.

Ah explains the menthol thread now.... with you eating 3 Negros. Had 30 left, and 9 in Halls pack. Perfect then, eh?

I've seen this to a high degree, where a guy in the queue in front of me started randomly rearranging the sweets at the till. So do other people's actions affect you too.... say, if I chucked my shoes down at an amusement park.... would you feel compelled to put them perfectly and neatly together for me?

Well i'm not exactly sure about that... i can't remember the time when i've last seen someone chuck their shoes down just randomly But since it's not mine, i guess it wouldn't bother me.


Edit for a Rant:

So i'm not getting along at all with my sister since years, but i don't even care. It's fine for us without talking to eachother... but now she has a friend of her here since a week already and ever since she got more brave and started calling me names. Today she even bumped into me intentionally.... Now that's going far now... Tomorrow i'll bump into her as hard as i can and hopefully she falls or something. It's annoying that she thinks that high of herself just because of that idiot friend.

I know our relationship is horrible, but that's it.... she shouldn't make it even worse.


Edit2: Revenge done, i feel better now. Hopefully she will stop this now.

It's rare when I catch myself not thinking or worrying about anything, but it feels nice.
