Someone showed me an older post I made in this thread, like old old old olllllllld post.
Was I thinking with my penis? Was I even using my brain? I do not want to go back and read those posts I made. I think I was highly unstable emotional and mentally.

Yeah, they've ramped up the reefer madness again. This is just one of many anti-pot stories that have been (and soon will be) covered by the mainstream media. It's in response to all the decriminalization/legalization initiatives that are going on right now. A bunch of states have these initiatives on the ballots so this is just an attempt at turning the tide towards prohibition. It might sound like another tinfoil-hat conspiracy theory but if you go on sites like Grasscity where things like this are being compiled and scrutinized, you'll notice that it's a lot more than just a coincidence.Quote:

Pro-legalization sentiments are at an all-time high and now that Uruguay just legalized (causing other South American countries to rethink their stance on cannabis), the prohibition front is on the defence. This is just one of many anti-pot stories that we're gonna have pushed on us for the next little while.

just woke up to my phone ringing. my dad called me... from work (he works for the same company as me). i guess my boss was trying to get hold of me, but i forgot to give him my new phone numbers. so now i'm eating breakfast then leaving to go in early.
but that's not all bad. that means i can also LEAVE early. and this is my last day before 10 days vacation. so i should be home before the sun's down, meaning bike ride. :)

Ugh... I think I'm awake for a while now. I want to go back to bed. I woke up in a foul mood. And then my youngest son dumped straight bleach all over a floor he's cleaning at the BACK of the house and I can smell it all the way in my room. Why is that child so stubborn?!
I dreamed of dismembering a body and hiding the pieces in the ash catcher of some furnace. Only the catcher was inside a wall and never cleaned. There was a whole lot more to it- all very dark and disturbing but I've forgotten most of it because my boys insisted on talking my ears off the moment I woke up :bang:
And while I slept. they locked the puppy in my room and she tore up a bunch of stuff that was on my shelving unit. I've been kicking her out of my room most of the time when I sleep so she doesn't pee on my bed.
To further annoy me, I only have 3 Cokes left out of the 24 pack I bought on Sunday. I go through little more than half of one of those each week which means my boys have been helping me drink it, but they deny it. And I KNOW I haven't gone through that many because I've been chugging a lot of water to boot. And I simply don't get that thirsty very often.
Grrr... stupid Valium hangover. Now I remember the other reason I hate taking the stuff lol. But it DID take care of my headache :roll:

Just one of those days where everything is cloudy and confusing, with a strong sense of disconnection to reality. Much like a dream. Damn sluggish brain needs to wake up.
My paycheck is going to be extra small this week. I left early yesterday, but I refuse to make up the hours this weekend since it's already going to be 2, 10-hour shifts. No way I'm making them 11-hour shifts.
So I guess I'm going to have to buy plain old domestic butter instead of the imported stuff. :P
I've been voicing my opinion on how utterly fucked up the way we work is.... for example, if we all worked half as much, but were guaranteed a liveable wage, there would be no person out of work. Homelessness could be fixed overnight (short time anyway). But it just doesn't happen because we have this culture that work is good for the soul or some bullshit. And the rich think they need the poor.

He wrote that in god damn 1932! And still it's like no one has even given it thought.

My tummy is VERY happy right now but heartburn will kill me later. I had only a few chips throughout the day. BUT... hubby saw the friend of another doctor last week and hubby didn't charge him for the visit out of courtesy. The other doctor sent hubby a HUGE fruit basket as thanks. I just ate an orange and a couple Milano cookies. I'm now full and very happy. :) I can't remember the last time I ate an orange. They trigger acid reflux to an extreme so I usually don't risk it.
It was SOOOO freagin yummy though :D
We also have apples, bananas, pears, grapes, strawberries and a pineapple! I LOVE grapes, so I'll probably devour them in a few hours when I get hungry again.
But WTH? I love fruit. Why don't I buy it? Because it ends up getting wasted because we can't eat it fast enough :/
And of course, now all the fruit flies are coming out of hiding...

I'm freaking out because I've lost my phone. I have completely cleaned my room and it's not here. My mom is going to kill me so hard. I pray to every single god that it's in the dirty laundry or in my moms car. If not I'm screwed. So I don't post on here for a few weeks call the cops!
Oh and my iPad is acting very strange. It keeps freezing and restarting itself. I really hope that it's not getting ready to break. It's the first gen so I have had it for about 3 years. I have not gotten another one because I don't see the point in it. Yeah they have some cool new features that I would love to have. But guess what? I bought this for the Internet, and that still works fine. So I see no point.
Also our money troubles are over for now. We had a small scare but more money came in. That should last us a few months. :P
BTW Zhaylin: What does your husband do?

It's school holidays! Work sucks, I can't believe they stuck me with shifts ending at 9 o'clock.
I'd much rather get it over with early, rather than have it loom over me all day.
I've also got a bad case of the cold, which I'm sure will make work fun. Ironically, it's very likely I caught it off one of the many dick costumers I have to serve..

Ok. I've obviously missed out on tons of rad conversation here. heh. There are so many things I want to respond to going over the last few pages but only one thing really stuck out.
Tommo: I thought I'd put in my two cents. I know that comment wasn't directed at either of us. You can't say it in RL, that's no problem. But, here's my piece.
I can halfly agree with you about limiting parents to having only two kids, but that's only because that is my own personal limit, too. This is my last child. I've never been a big kid person. More than two would kill me. But do you really think that would help with overpopulation? Personally, I don't believe overpopulation is a problem.
The truth is, people are greedy and selfish and don't want to share and they Don't want to spread out into areas where there are less people. There is plenty of room on this earth. Maybe cities should have population limits? You know, like they do buildings?
Okay, so these are broad ideas and that alone, they are only my ideas. I haven't given them too much thought, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.
I also think we have enough resources in the world to feed, clothe, and shelter every single being on this planet. But the world is ruled by money and hoarders. It would make it easier on the world, sure, if people had less children, but that's not where the problem lies. This monopoly money we toss around is the problem. If people thought maybe in terms of inventory, what we have and where we can put it, where we can use it the most and how to get it spread out and to the people all over the world, then it might not be so bad of a place for children to grow up.
Ok, so this sounds like I'm begging for world peace, and maybe I am (there's nothing wrong with that). This is an unlikely future as I see it right now. But there is hope for it. I'm really down with the whole Zeitgeist movement, by the way, so. I don't know, you could look there.
Basically, I just don't think it's right to blame these people for "overpopulation". Why let the world spit on your dreams? I'm a poor mom, but my kid is well taken care of thanks to me and the government and yes, your tax money. Is anybody really missing their snickers bar right now? Ok. That's that. And that was basically my rant.
Ironically I came to rant about a friend of mine who recently found out she was having a baby. Along with two other close friends who are having a baby. lol.
You see, when I found out I was pregnant with my first, these friends stopped hanging around so much. Especially L. She made me feel like it was a curse, like I had some seroius illness and she felt incredibly sorry for me. Nobody wants to feel like that when they are having a baby. Now she's pregnant and I soooo badly want to give her a taste of her own medicine. Leave her alone and let her feel the misery I did. But I can't. :(
I would be a complete hypocrite and I could never do that to a person: purposely try to make them feel bad. It's just hard to be happy for her when I know she treated me like that. Now she wants to be treated like a princess or something, I don't know. I'm trying so bad to send her positive energy but I'm bitter. I'm just a plain bitter person sometimes. Gotta fight it. Kill them with kindness? right?
