Um, why were you all using the HOST file instead of DNS?

Back then wehn DV was hijacked,it was advised to manually change the IP (i.e. edit the Host file) so you get redirected to the real one.Some left it like it that and this obviously caused issues with the new adress

Ahh fair enough, makes sense. So... were you on here a while back then (different username) or was this very recent and I missed it? ;o

Ah, I somehow missed it. Never had any name resolution issues....must've coincidentally been on holiday from DV. ^_^

My complaint: I've ran out of alcohol, and I'm pretty much still 'fine-ish'.

Also, Dragon Vale sucks.

I accidentally took another niacin while meaning to take an antihistamine. Still only 1000 mg, but... it's more than I normally take for a good amount of vasodilation. I better not get all red and prickly. >.<

I loveeeee Tabasco. I used to carry a small bottle around with me and 'drink' small shots of it. Yeahhhh...

Could be worse. I remembered to change the hosts file, but it took me another day to remember to clear the cache. xD

And I still haven't heard back from that kid. So worried...
