Dissociated is a good word to describe too much pot brownies. Good luck on your voyage. I've ended up laying on the ground in a fetal position unable to move on more than one occasion. Now that's what I call a good time. And yet I never learn my lesson. It just tastes so good. And then you start getting the munchies and eat some more.

I was ranting earlier because the puppy chewed through the power cord to the router :bang:
I didn't even really look at the cord until 10:30 PM It was at that time that I decided to go to Wal-mart and look for a replacement. I wiped it clean then noticed the ends. There were TWO wires instead of one. I felt certain I could fix it because one side of the cord also had white lines on it.
I got an x-acto blade and scraped off the excess insulation to expose the wires, then I wound them about the mates from the severed side. The router works perfectly :woohoo: I still went to Walmart though to get some electrical tape to wrap it all up in. I am SO stinking proud of myself :)
We have since rearranged furniture etc to keep the puppy from getting at it again.
I'm half-heartedly ranting because during the down time, all my Farmville crops had withered :sniper:
Oh well.
When I woke up yesterday morning at 10AM, I quickly discovered Mr. Monthly had arrived. And of course I had worn white undies :mad: So now I have NO undies because it's been raining. I MUST pick up my clothes from hubby's garage tomorrow.
I've been really run down today. I took a long nap and I've only taken one caffeine pill (but about 6 Green Tea/Hoodia). I don't have any appetite to speak of. I'm also "trying" to catch a cold.
While on the trip with hubby, I decided to try one of his chewable vitamin C's. It's very sour but I can take it... I just suck on it til it dissolves. I looked up the recommended doses and found 8,000 can be beneficial to stop a cold, so I've been sucking on them whenever I think of it.
The strange thing, though is that I CANNOT take a 500mg Vitamin C pill. It upsets my stomach royally. But the same dose chewable doesn't bother me? Doesn't make sense lol.
Am I missing something in life because I've never taken drugs or brownies? :roll:
I think that's mostly what I did lol. My memory of the night is really poor after the last one. I remember that things started breathing a little bit and getting covered in some rainbow visual snow, so I stared at a pillow until it was totally covered in what looked like some kind of psychedelic signal jamming effect. Nothing was like that unless I purposefully brought it out though. I'm pretty sure I stayed in one spot staring at the ground for most of the night. :lol:Quote:

I worry about single wires. I spliced one together once and it did nothing. So I doubt it would work with everything.
I'm grumbling because I'm sleepy and hungry. My son needs to wake up so he can clean the steamer and fix me some food :) I tell him as long as the kitchen isn't clean to my standards, he's the only cook of the family.
But sheesh... for how many years is this going to continue :roll:
My boy is annoying me. I buy him smokes and such but tell him they cost him a room. He thinks he can clean rooms HE MESSED up to receive payment. :wtf: No. He cleans what he messed, because HE messed them. Why would I pay him for that? Grrrr...
But I've been tormenting him lately. The other day, I took to telling him he was hallucinating. I don't remember what started it, but I'll still run with it from time to time. "Hey mom, can I get my cigarettes?" "Huh? I already gave them to you [when I didn't]. You're hallucinating again."
I'm also ranting because the boil (?) has returned at the lower left side of my head right below my hair line. When it goes away, one will pop up on the right side. WTH? They'll both be gone for about a week, then it will start up again (or so it's been going for the last month or so).
It's driving me batty!

There are few things that I love more than waking up to the smell of pot butter in the crock pot. It reeks up the whole house in the most delightful way. I've heard some people say it smells bad but I feel sorry for them.

I know! I don't get people who don't like the smell or taste of weed. I think it's amazing, I love it when you can really taste it in edibles and it's really dank, too. :DQuote:

Why can't they just post the grades for the exam already!?!?! I know it was yesterday, but they usually update it pretty fast.

Status update: Apparently the mother of the kid I sent the netbook too is extremely judgemental, and punishing him because he "doesn't see things her way". She's punishing him for not hating us, basically.
Also, she jumped to conclusions from mistaken identity (because googling a name totally ever works). It wasn't either of us, but the guy that shipped it because he has amazon prime (free shipping and all). She's apparently very racist, too. Complete with use of the "n-word".
I may seem relatively calm right now, but I'm anything but calm. Parents like this shouldn't exist. :(
Thank goodness this laptop keyboard is filled with lint, it soaked up all the water that I spilled on my computer.
