Thread: Rant and Rave, Cry and Complain

Ugh... just woke up drenched in sweat even though the AC is on 70. My stomach feels a little weird though, so I may be in pain (I sometimes don't immediately feel some pain, but my body registers it by sweating profusely).

My mom lives in Florida, so I hear about Florida heat all the time. I think I would shoot myself lol. 109?! No thank you. And I love some humidity, but that sounds insane Erible. How can you breathe?

I agree, I don't live very from from Winnipeg... In fact its probably more humid here cause of those stupid ponds and rivers >_<

And my god today was a joke and a half.... Trying to do inventory, fix a computer, and watch my boss slowly go insane, lol. Also watch a bank trip over their feet hardcore!

ugh it's horrible here, the humidity is really bad some days. I have asthma, and it's terrible for me, so i can't go outside at all some days without practically suffocating lol. The heat can be as bad as in Dallas, it's in the 100s there a lot, usually the 90s here (higher with the heat index) but the humidity raises the temperature so much for us, they are about the same. Then the winters are terribly cold which I love. This is why I like living in the Midwest haham, alllll 4 seasons

I just spoke to my mom and son. Mom said it's been over 100 in Pensacola and that's it's been so dry there have been several big fires. There was a $400. fine for anyone setting off firecrackers on the 4th. Sparklers weren't even allowed!

I love winter most of all now-a-days. I used to thrive in the heat, but I can't stand it anymore. These 35 or so pounds I've put on probably has a lot to do with that lol.

My only rant now is a slight headache. I need to eat and it will go away. I have no money until midnight though, so I have to wait 1 hour and 12 more minutes

and it's almost 10pm, 87% at night is pretty high lol. And I used the same site for comparison.

also, my average humidity level is like 7% more than yours, so wwaaahahahaaaa

I've seem to lost my motivation... Don't really feel like doing anything at the moment, might have something to do with my current life/relationship... Last 1.5 weeks have been quite lazy.. but well I quess rest if good too for once

It's 3:30 AM and I have to get up early for a routine physical tomorrow at 7:00... AND MY DAD IS SNORING IN THE OTHER ROOM.

I'm wearing earplugs but I've still been trying to fall asleep for the past hour and a half. I keep checking Dreamviews because I have nothing better to do.

It's 1:55am here, and I'm sitting in my room with the fan on full blast, my window open, and I'm in my underwear. I just love summertime.

I'm afraid of elephants. It's a different type of fear than how it is with spiders; I don't go batshit and freak out when I see one in real life or video footage, I just get really uncomfortable and worrisome. I'm not even sure why, but I find them deeply unsettling. I've seen a a couple in dreams before and on every occasion, I just froze and stared at them, unsure of what I should do next. The only time I wasn't afraid was this one time where I dreamt of being attacked by one, I just ran for safety but i wasn't exactly scared of it. I didn't really notice this irrational fear until a while ago while I was watching something on the discovery channel and it showed a still shot of an elephant charging at a camera that was strapped to a tree in some jungle. The picture of it walking away filled with me with some inexplicable dread as well.



^ That doesn't bother me, just certain videos or pics do.

I can't even explain it, they just make me feel really weird. It's not that their potentially dangerous or anything like that, I'm not sure what it is but I find them incredibly unnerving.

My aunt used to have two porcelain elephants (they were about two feet tall) in her sitting room that I used to think were cool when I was really little but if I was ever left alone in the room with them, I'd get so scared that I'd run like crazy. I remember trying to face my fear and intentionally going to that room all by myself but the moment I got there I just stood there stunned and silently stared at those things for like half an hour, too scared to leave. I remember my sister eventually came and grabbed me, I didn't go near them alone ever again.

I actually looked over my shoulder a couple times while typing this out. /facepalm

Ugh now I have elephants on the brain and I'm kind of worried about going to sleep and dreaming about one. /facepalm x2

And I think it gets too hot in Norway sometimes...

I have a question though: How you can you who live in such warm places manage to LD? Whenever I try sleeping such a warm place, I have feverish dreams that border on delirium.

Rolled around in bed for three hours last night, got next to no sleep, no dreams to recall, and now I feel like I'm going to be sick to my stomach.

Gavin, fears are hard to explain sometimes. I used to be terrified of dolls (but only at night). My little brother was about 4 at the time my fear manifested and he had nightmares about the cats on his blanket attacking him.

My rant is that I just woke up dizzy. WTH? How do you wake up dizzy (and you're NOT hungover lol).
I also had a really disturbing dream but I've forgotten most of it.

Thanks. =) I'm feeling a bit better, but after I went for my blood test this morning and walked out of the room, I got so lightheaded. You know, that feeling that your whole head is numb, and your vision goes all... wierd?

Oh yeah. I know that feeling all too well lol. Glad you're doing better. Drink some orange juice if the dizziness persists

After I posted last, I went back to sleep and I just now woke up. I no longer feel hung over lol but I do feel icky. Not sick, not really, just icky lol
I had more "bad" dreams and I awoke to a noise, looked at my fitted sheet and SAW dog vomit. Then I sat up, looked again and it was just one of the many flowers that decorate the sheet lol. The noise came from the bathroom
Now I have to finish waking up, then go to the grocery store... blah.

i don't see the point of being bored. I am usually content with whatever, because if i wanted to do something else, that was possible, i would.

Im watching transformers on Sunday and Howls Moving Castle sometime next week. I'm gonna watch Avatar (the anime) sometime during summer as well

I'm just usually bored during the mornings because all the games i have are boring now and stuff, but now i am once again, addicted to LittleBigPlanet 2
