Zhaylin, I just want you to know that I understand why you want to stay with your husband even though he might not be the ideal loving partner. He seems to be good enough most of the time, if a bit asinine, and you just have to weather these storms in his attitude for a while. I think staying with him if that's what you want is perfectly fine, and better than suddenly finding yourself living in a cardboard box in the snow!
I woke up too early and the day's going by too slowly. How is it only 4pm? I want it to be later so I can drink. I'm going to get very, very drunk tonight - I can sense these things. Drunk and alone, and depressed. I'll probably make some posts and e-mail some people and regret it all.

I have Ativan, and I'm fighting an overwhelming urge to take some. It's higher than my regular benzo dose and it's not the one I've taken regularly so it'll have noticeable effects, and lorazepam is the only benzo I've ever actually liked (it makes me feel more like stoned as opposed to drunk like other benzos do). It won't be the end of the world if I take it, but if I do I'll more than likely have rebound anxiety tomorrow. Is pleasure now worth pain later? :panic: I also worry that after it kicks in I'll be compelled to crack open a beer, a combination that I'd be nervous about right now but probably wouldn't once the Ativan hit....
That's... not exactly great for you liver. I strongly suggest not taking either the beer or the drugs, but if you're gonna take something, take the beer. east you can do that in moderation :/

Well, I would do it that way but I really don't have any desire to have beer by itself.... The Ativan seems much more attractive because it'll actually help with some of my default background-level anxiety, which beer no longer does for me. And the thing is if I drink and get into the mood of being even more fucked up I can just keep drinking and drinking and drinking.... I only have these couple Ativans. If I stay away from the beer I'll be fine, and I've had a Xanax prescription before so I think I'm probably just overestimating the danger of me wanting to mix them, I tend to keep a good level of self control when I'm just doing things by myself.
