But you can get "warm" spectrum (2800k I think) fluorescent lights. I don't like the 5200k (white) ones much either, they burn your retinas lol

We can't use fluorescents at all since they don't work with a dimmer switch :/

Oh yeah. Well, you can do it, but you have to get the ballasts replaced to ones that work with fluorescent lights. Suppose it's probably just better to wait for LED's. lol

My Mom came home earlier than expected, I got scared and dropped my joint. I was in the backyard and it's dark out so I couldn't find it, hopefully my parents go to bed soon so I can sneak out and grab it. My Dad's going to be working on the car out front when he comes so there's a chance he'll notice the smell. This is killing my buzz and I'm pretty sure tonight's the night my parents put two and two together, and then thoroughly kick my ass. I need an excuse to go out in the backyard before my Dad gets home but I don't know what to tell my Mom without it looking suspicious.

Just calm down, letting yourself get worked up while high isn't going to make you feel any less paranoid. You can't just act like you're going out for the sake of being outside for a minute?

Oh yeah. In any case, I ended up taking out the trash and searching for a couple minutes, but I still couldn't find it. I'm not even sure where I was standing when I dropped it, just that it's on one side of the house. On the bright side, there's a bit of a breeze flowing through so you can't smell a thing. I still want to find soon though, it'd be a shame to just leave the remaining half for tomorrow.

Haha, well at least there's that. I'm sure it'll be fine. I used to come home stinking to high heaven and blitzed out of my mind and my parents never noticed a thing. And they smoke weed! (I didn't know that at the time lol. Maybe they were just too high to notice. XP)

I don't understand characters in anime villains with amazing power levels. They can destroy planets, cut a mountain in half, but when it comes to killing someone, it's always the person being targeted at some vital part in their body. (Heart, brain mostly)

Well at least one villain actually made a super kill streak...



But he gets owned by a chocolate ball through his neck. You literally killed millions (probably billions) of humans with one blast of many bursts of energy, and you get owned by something that weighs less than a tennis ball? Mind = blown.

I'm done ranting for now

I'm still feeling like shit, physically. Tired and just.. blah. This coming week will be the last week of school, however, i still have another two exams. Ancient History and Extension maths. I haven't studied for either of them and i'm really not in the mood to, either. I kinda just wanna sleep and do nothing.
I was supposed to go swimming yesterday, but i didn't go to that either Now i feel fatty for not doing any exercise this week. Sick and feeling unfit is a shoddy feeling.

I have a Chemistry and Biology Final Exam next Tuesday. I still haven't studied, I only went to the final review on Thursday for Chemistry. After going to that, I thought, "This is going to be easy!"

I always feel kind of bad for declawed cats. It's also a reminder of how motivation behind our traditions has changed. We domesticated cats to kill rodents but now keep them because they're cute. Yeah, MooseAntlers, none of my cats have ever been declawed because they'd be killed fairly quickly. My cats had always been indoor/outdoor pets but now they strictly live outside. I've known several people, though, who wouldn't have a clawed cat for whatever reason (little kids, curtains etc).

I "like" a lot of posts and for different reasons. Sometimes I can think of no way to respond, so I click like to mean "I hear you". Other times it's out of empathy or because they said something I found endearing/funny.

My sheets were still drying so I didn't lay down until almost 9PM. I didn't fall into a deep sleep though. My son came into my room and I automatically said: "You're staying off the computer". He replied he was just putting the iPad on charge then I was dreaming again. Then at 10, I heard a very faint call coming through over my computer. I forgot to change my gmail status to sleeping and hubby was calling.... to say goodnight
Now I'm awake.

I took a hot bath but not even that worked to make me sleepy. But I can now see a cut that's been driving me bonkers for a couple of days. It's on my thumb where skin meets nail at one side. I don't know if I can really call it a cut though. I've gotten them before and it's more like the skin pulls away from the nail.
And my finger is itching me to death again. I finally remembered it got so bad last year (I think it was) that I actually went to a Dr. He thought it was a wart But it was very callused from me cutting and digging at it.
I don't wear gloves. The seasons are pretty much the same for me (the temperature is never much different in my bedroom). So what the heck sort of allergy only effects one finger during dry weather? (Though the temp is the same, the humidity isn't).

Okay... I'm going to feel like a grade-A ass in a few hours, but for now I need to rant.

I finally got sleepy but I wanted to pump up my mattress before crashing. Which means I had to clean out a corner of my room to reach the jerry-rigged battery powered pump. I sorted as I went along, bagging some things for Goodwill, putting other stuff in the trash, boxing a lot of it again until I could figure out what to do with it. As I moved everything around, I saw my stones on the floor. They're normally in a silver box with a velvet lining. It's a cheap thing, but I love it and I've kept my favorite stones in it, as well as a couple trinkets and a childhood picture, for many many years now. I can't find the box anywhere. Neither could I find my pump.

When my oldest daughter was home for Thanksgiving, she was bored and tried cleaning my room. She set the boxes in the corner (a wide and tall stack). I moved everything. The area in front of my bookcase is still cluttered thus the reason I feel guilty about ranting.
Part of me is certain she stole my box. She looked at everything in it while she was here. I vaguely recall her asking for something to remember me by while she's away. I'm almost certain it was not my box. I can't think of a reason I would part with it and agree to put everything in it on the floor. Did she steal it? If she stole it, she needs to stay gone for a good while yet. She's been a bit of a clepto since she was very young.
Chances are, I'll find it beneath a bunch of books and then I'll feel like a major ass for doubting her.
But if she took it, how oblivious can I freagin be? I was with her the whole time.

As for the pump, I'm annoyed about it being missing. But that's just a common error when messing with other people's stuff.
Then I looked in the Master Bedroom closet and my anger rose more. So many of my missing clothes and stuff are thrown in there. I don't know who did that one but it's becoming more and more obvious that my daughters do not like me (again, I'm assigning guilt without facts). And I've still not located my massager and my girls swear they know nothing about it. Though I had previously found it in one bedroom or the other while they still proclaimed their innocence.

So.... later today I need to tear my room up from top to bottom, sort through everything and try to find my stuff before approaching them.

Can't sleep. =/
