Dreams are just as real as "reality" they have something special. Something the system doesn't want us to see. So it distracts us, we are all distracted, we distract each other. Hardly anyone knows the system even exists, some will furiously deny it. But no one will escape it. Once you realize the system, you will quickly forgot. Going about your mundane lives, thinking your unique, your special.

Well guess what. Your not. We all think, act and dress the same. In a few months I will have forgotten all about this, and so will you. I want to fight it, but I can't. I don't know how, the odds are already stacked against me and the rest of us. Its all smoke and mirrors, it has created a deception so big. No one will ever find out the true meaning. I Probably don't know true aspects of the system. I am been taken down a path, one that leads to nowhere, and once there, I will get back in line with the rest of system, Not thinking, not caring, yet under the delusion I do both.

I feel like a million bucks today. Either, I got all the sleepiness out of my system or sardines and oysters did the trick and my iron was low.
My only rant is: Why does everything that's good for you have to taste so disgusting? And the oysters gave me heartburn, but I'm sort of used to heartburn so...
Eating the foul food with crackers makes it more tolerable, but just barely. I also realize that most of it is a mental hangup. Sardines are oily and slimy-ish while the canned oysters AREN'T slimy like they're supposed to be and are congealed chunks of oily nastiness instead

Y'know, foods like seeds and cereals are rich in iron. Cinnimon and spices are too.

Now cereal sounds VERY good!!! I will definitely pick some up on Saturday when I go shopping. Thanks for the info!

No problem, but it's stuff like special k and bran flakes, y'know the kind of healthier brands that are fortified Better than slimey fish though I'd say!

Our cat, Buttercup, is retarded. The litter before last was fed to the dogs (by her) before we rescue them. Now she's carrying one of her survivors all throughout the house, trying to find a new place for them. Eventually, she gave up and set the little one in the middle of the floor where the puppy can eat or trample it

The oysters are kind of growing on me. The last can was better than the first, but they were kind of greenish tinted which played with my brain. Hubby said he thinks the color is normal, but I'll look it up anyhow.

(((((hugs Rynkrt3))))) Have you tried Melatonin (Is it Dr. approved/safe for sleep apnea)? It's the only "sleeping pill" I use. (Not that I've needed it recently ). Do you have a breathing machine? My mom has severe sleep apnea and swears by her machine.

Yeah I take meleatonin quite often, but my problem now is that for some reason I unconsciously take my mask of (CPAP mask) in my sleep.
I go to sleep with it on, wake up with it off.
I now set an alarm for every hour so I can wake up and put it back on.
my nightly average on my machine is about 2 hours of usage, I've been desperately trying to figure out how to not unconsciously take it off at night, it's so frustrating being 17 with severe sleep apnea, then you find a fix (CPAP) but then, the fix needs a fix

You should tie yourself up Don't think anyone would mind.

I'd be terrified of sleeping if I had sleep apnea.

My Dad started drinking again a few weeks ago but I let it pass hoping it wouldn't get out of hand. He's drunk as fuck right now so I can tell it's going to be problem and I can't help but feel like a terrified little kid again. To top it off, I think I'm about to have a panic attack.

My only rant is my 14 yo daughter. She was in art class yesterday and her friend poked some paint on a desk thinking it was dry. The teacher became annoyed and said both of them are failing, so why don't they go to the office and see if they need any help (there was a pool party and most of the students went to it). They got to the Office and the secretaries started "yelling" at them- telling the girls they were disrespectful, rude ect. Then they called the teacher who told the office to give them ISS. Later, they were walking to the next class with some other students when a Security Guard started "yelling" at them for no reason. My daughter was so mad she wanted to cuss them out and as soon as she could, she called me to pick her up.

My daughter is no angel so I know she was in no way completely innocent, regardless of what she says. BUT, she actually cried in the car she was so enraged. I think the school staff probably over-reacted because it's the end of the year and they want summer to start. Tempers are shorter than usually methinks.

So, I picked her up. I got my money early from hubby and I didn't get hardly any food at all after gas and smokes and soda/water... and pizza I'll pawn my GPS tomorrow to get us through until Tuesday. They pretty much let me set my own price the one and only time I went there last year. BUT, they know my hubby, so I hope word does not get back to him.

GOOD NEWS: My 16 yo son left with my mother for Florida at around 2PM yesterday. Plus, the dog is finally eating. He looks like a german shepherd and he's so skinny I'd get arrested or fined for animal cruelty. But I've tried feeding dingus. He REFUSES the dog food. If you offer table scraps, he gladly eats them. I know he doesn't LIKE the dog food ($4.00 for 15 lbs generic crap)... but to actually starve himself When I was out earlier, I also bought him 3 cans of dog food and 2 packets of sausage hotdogs. He ate all that was offered in one gulp (1 can/i packet of hotdogs). Now, I need to slowly start fattening him up.

Perhaps Rocky (the dog) is a little depressed. His mate disappeared and 3 of his puppies found homes. He has only one puppy left. But if he was too depressed he wouldn't even eat scraps. So who knows.

Argh! I was going to hike in the mountains and take a lot of pictures today, but I just received an emergency call from work. So, now my weekend will be spent doing IT stuff rather than having fun.

Hopefully the boss will be nice and take us all out for happy hour a couple days next week to help make up for it.
