I don't mean to be cynical, but I can't see this happening. There are probably thousands of similar stories. Maybe if your friend had survived a deadly disease or something, or was going to die in a month and this was her last wish. But if she's normal and healthy, just one of the thousands of girls obsessed with Justin Bieber, there's no chance. You, she, and anyone else involved, are just going to have wasted energy and end up disheartened in disappointment.
