I've had bladder and kidney problems my whole life (I had an extremely bad bladder infection when I was a kid, and I'm pretty sure it screwed my bladder and kidneys up) and this ended up screwing up my bladder control. I would use to wet myself in class if I couldn't get to the bathroom in time, and this ended up with me having an extra pair of underpants and regular pants in the office for me.
