I can't believe this considering the fact that I started lucid dreaming like 6 weeks ago:shadewink:
Not to mention the fact that I rarely do reality checks(maybe twice a day) and I don't do a lot of autosuggestion :banana:
I had:1 WILD,5 DILDs and 2 DEILDs.

It's a less stressed variation of MILD. Basically you tell yourself when you go to sleep, or some other time, that you will have a lucid dream that night. You're not supposed to repeat a sentence over and over again like with MILD. Just assure yourself that you'll have a lucid dream very casually.Quote:
