I'm lost...

I'm new to LD's and the forum and need help getting started, I have no idea what to do... I started last night and did my first entry in a dream journal this morning and surprisingly recalled 7 dreams. But other than that idk what to do. Theres so many methods and techniques and reading to do that my head is spinning. The topic absolutely fascinates me though. I'm very serious about this and will be very dedicated to achieving my LD goals.

Can anyone give some quick tips to get me started?

Also, I read the adoption program has ended, but it would be awesome if someone had time to 'adopt' me?

Great recall! 7 dreams for your 1st entry is wonderful! You're already doing one of the most important things to help with Lucid Dreaming.

Have you thought about doing some Reality Checks throughout the day?

Hmm...let me ask you this, what techniques are you interested in? Knowing that could cut down on what you've read and set you up with what works best for you.

As for the Adoption Program, technically, it hasn't ended (as far as I know) but is just in limbo. If you'd like, I'd be more than happy to "adopt" you until you're on your feet

I would LOVE if you would adopt me. Even its only for a short while, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure which techniques I'd like to try, but I do know that I don't want to do WILD. I have sleep apnea and always wake up tired, so I need all the sleep I can get.
