Hi, My name is Thomas & I'm 31 years old. Many years ago I read an magazine article about LD, I tried it but it didnt work that well so I stopped doing the exercises but I saved the article. Last months there's some stuff in my life I get nightmares from, I took the magazine article back & started the exercices again. I want to get rid of the nightmares because my day life is complicated enough & I don't want to dream about it. Off course I want to do all the fun stuff too. I already flew (short flight but I did it) that was fun
