I don't have any particular techniques I try to induce lucid dreams, they just seem to happen frequently. Sometimes I can go straight into one from being awake and I suffer from sleep paralysis quite a lot which I've now started to use to progress to a lucid dream whereas in the past it would spook me out.
The problem I have is prolonging the lucid experience. I have them very frequently, but often find I am unable to avoid waking up. I'm getting better as at first I would awake as soon as I became self-aware, whereas now I can last a bit longer, but still not as long as I would like.
Hopefully I can learn a lot here anyway.
