- Lately I've been having (or at least remembering) more dreams than usual. At first it was kinda cool because it meant more lucids but now it's getting to the point where I have so many that it's hard to remember details of the dreams. I can remember the basic plot but not enough details to make the multiple dreams too enjoyable of an experience. False awakenings are also becoming pretty common.

- I'm able to become lucid fairly frequently now and the dreams are a lot more vivid stable than they used to be but I seem to forget that I'm in control. For example, last night I became lucid and the first thing I did was start searching for someone but someone confronted me and asked me to run a few errands for them. At first I knew I didn't really have to listen to them but pretty soon I was stuck following them around doing what they asked. Is there any sort of exercise I can do during lucids to remind myself that I am (or at least should be) in control? Like I'll start out fully lucid but as the dream progresses, the lucidity or the amount of control I have starts to fade.

- Sometimes I'll notice something that doesn't make sense but instead of thinking about it long enough to become lucid, my mind will wander and I'll forget about it. Any tips?

Thanks in advance. =D
