The last 2 nights since starting my dream journal I have only remembered tiny fragments of what I have been dreaming, for example all I remember about last night is that there was something about a plate of spaghetti |

Things to do 2012/13:
Write dreams in my journal every day [ ] Practice reality checks as often as possible [ ] Start having lucid dreams again [ ] Try to create a continuous dream world i.e. each lucid picks up from where the last left off - could be fun.. or impossible [ ]

For once you have tasted flight you will walk the earth with your eyes turned skywards, for there you have been and there you will long to return.

At least my dream recall improved by having a dream journal. I've kept it for a month now and in the beginning I remembered a bit less than 2 dreams a night, and they were very short, but know I remember a bit more than 3 dreams per night and they are a lot longer. |

Last nights spaghetti dream I didn't get the chance to sit and think about it - I slept in lol. I did try WBTB last night though and did get a bit more recall from being sat quietly and trying to remember what I was dreaming about. I will keep at it then |

For RCs, when I first started to LD, I was doing something like 25 a day and I had my first LD on my fifth day(no RCing after 2 days, supposed to be 3 day break from trying to WILD at bedtime). Anyways, you could just write R on your hand and RC when you see it. That would make you dependent on seeing the letter R but then after a couple of days, you are in the habit, so, you can erase it and RC without it. |

I used to only remember fragments of my dreams too, now after a month of my DJ I remember at least 2 dreams a night from start to end. |

Try staying perfectly still in your bed with your eyes closed for a few moments after you wake up. Your dreaming mind should kick back on and bring your recall back into the foreground of your mind. |

Thanks for the advice guys - I am writing a big R on my hand as I type |
