I have had many LCD but not on purpose. I would like to learn, but I dont want to engage in something that will take me years and then all I get is 10sek of LCD a week. :-) |

There is no approximate length of time it will take to learn to Lucid Dream. It all varies. Some members got their 1st the night after hearing about Lucid Dreaming. It took me 7 months to get my 1st. It takes time, effort, and patience. How long and often also depends of what you do to get an LD. Journaling your dreams, reality checks, different LD techniques, and different stabilization methods; it all goes together to get long LDs, and to get them often. But doing them all falls back on you. |

When I do get one, my LDs are mostly short. I probably haven't had one over 3 minutes. I think it's all worth it. There's nothing like a Lucid Dream, no matter how short. Even small Lucids that are a few seconds are awesome. |
