      Talking Hi! I'm new...is this type of lucid normal?

      Hi! I just joined dreamviews and have started on the adventures of lucid dreaming. The other day I had my first known lucid (yay!), which I would have to classify as a VILD. The weird thing is that I did not enter sleep paralysis and could in fact still move my real body during the dream. Has anyone done this before?

      WElcome to Dreamviews!!! And congrats on having your first lucid!!! That sounds awesome!! My few lucids so far have all just been regular old DILDs... wish I could experience what you did!!
