You are dreaming!
Sounds like you had a lucid dream! Although there are varying degrees of lucidity. What you had is a lucid dream, since you realised it was a dream while you were dreaming- therefore none of it was real. But, there is a "higher" level of lucidity, where you realise you're dreaming, then you actually "live" it, as if you were in your own body inside a dream, thinking your own waking thoughts. This is the kind of state where you can stop and do whatever you think of, or remember things from the waking world. Good times! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask! |
