      False Awakening, Lucid, Failure?

So ...... last night I woke up several time..... 4:40 am.... 5....... 6.... and yeah.. finally 7 but anyhow, I had a dream or so...... It was dark... My eyes were closed.... I feel like I'm awake, but im not awake... I try to open my mind's eye...... nothing happened... I try opening my eye.... a little bit, then some unknown force shuts it tight.... I did this for like 3-4 times.... finally opened it without closing.... I probably assumed my watch was near the bed since I take them off before I go to bed.... It was dark... no moonlight....... No sunlight either, I look at my hands..... 10 fingers 5 on each hand... perfect, but I somehow see blue tints on some finger..... I even try to force my finger through my palm with no success..... I do remember the several time I woke up in the night I also did The watch RC, and also the breathing... but for some reason I feel as if I didnt do neither this time.... then I went to pee.... and it all went dark.. or so I recall...

Another instance a week or so ago...... I also tried opening my eyes... but they shut right back... also did it for 3-4 times... finally opened. But I just fell asleep after that...
And no I feel that, that instance was not me playing tricks on me......I was actually dream, because I clearly see rainbow-ish color on my eyelids... hahahahah Innovator-freak.

Does this sound like a false awakening, Semi-lucid? And did I fail? Quite frankly, I felt alive and in the flesh.

Should I wear my watch when I go to sleep?
I redid my mantra multiple times today to account for False awakening... when im having FA, I'll realize, Reality check, become LUCID. 2 days ago there wasnt LUCID in there just RC, today im adding FA to the mantras.

Seems like some false awakenings and some real ones. Have a piece of paper by your bed, and everytime you wake up make note of it. This will tell you how much you are asleep.

You could just be experiencing SP and HH, so watch out.

If you are sleeping through thees awakenings, than you should be fairly close to some decent lucidity.

      Keep up the good work.

I write keywords on my DJ and edit it during the day time, like.... A name of something that has its theme derived from... example....... School, Science Class, FA, etc

What do you mean by sleeping through the awakenings?

And if I take off my watch before I go to sleep, wake up and look at it but it's not on my wrist, will I NOT rc with my watch on my wrist in dreams? will it affect? And can I just conjure the watch when I want to RC in a dream? Or does it really have to be physically on me.. so that when I dream I will see it.

And should I keep it on? The strap is set to lowest level, so it isn't uncomfortable.

But thanks.... Gonna to have a LUCID dream today.
      Revised most things.
