I almost got too sleep paralysis but as the title says, fear got me. It was the auditory hallucination. It sounded as if someone was walking to my bed when no one was there. Here is how it went:

After 200 breaths, I felt a little tingly but it went away.
After 400 breaths, I felt it again except it kept going.
After 500 breaths, it started spreading to my whole body.
After 600 breaths, it started feeling it was going in my body.
After 700 breaths, it got more intense.
After 800 breaths, I hear auditory hallucination.

I know it's all in my head but it sounds as if someone has a knife and I could hear their footsteps. I tried thinking something else but the footsteps kept getting louder, so I opened my eyes and shook my body. Any tips?

Remember, I know, it's all in my head so don't say that!
