      Bad Experience and Something more

Hi everybody , I just found out about this place and from what I`ve read so far , I found out the names of stuff I was doing unwillingly.
First of all , my big question is , When I realize I`m dreaming I`m getting in the body paralysis state by reflex and feel like I can control my dream , BUT , when this happens , I always feel a shiver down my spine and the dream darkens , get a dark aura , I also sometimes hear an creepy orga [ spellcheck , church piano with big "pipes" ] sound and there is always a creepy person with a black hoodie that tries to get closer and closer , at this moment , I 100% I`m dreaming , I try to wake up , move my hands or anything , but cant , I just feel a lot of fear inside me , I even opened my eyes once in this state , but couldn`t see anything [ I assume my eyes were rolled over ] because of the fear I get. It always seem to happen when I realize it is a LD , just 1-2 times I realized the LD and when I wanted to change the environment the feeling above happened.
Once I dream`t I was in a Vietnam kinda of place , I realized I was dreaming , I saved some villagers from can`t recall what and when I was "Ok , Their safe , time for me to have fun " And I started getting chased by an very creepy old Woman dressed with a black robe/hood and got me freaked out all over again.
I have to say , stuff like this happened to me very frequently , I used to have a lot of lucid experiences but every time I wanted control I got freaked out with fear.
Anybody can tell me how to avoid future situations like this ? I`ve tried to face it once , the fear was so intense I instantly woke up and started breathing really heavy.
Hope somebody can help , oh and , I`m very happy I found a place like this , people would call me crazy around my place if I started sharing this.
It also happened once or twice that I tried to scream but no voice came or could move only one of my hands but only a bit , this gets me so scared and annoyed in the same time.

Try spinning to get out of there. Go to a happy place. Or, if you've stabilized enough (do 2 or 3 reality checks to be adamant that you're dreaming) loudly yell "This is my dream! Get out!" Emotions, especially fear, run rampant in dreams, and the only real way to deal with them is to face them.

      Good luck, and happy dreaming.

I can`t really try the spin technique because , I feel like I`m imprisoned in my own body , I feel my body , I feel I`m inside , but I can`t move or anything.
And If I try to face "it" , how should I do that ? How should I act when I am face to face ?
I get the chills only by talking about this , don`t know if I`m even going to sleep tonight or not.
I`ve always had a weak heart to stuff like this , not much of a horror fan inside me ^_^.

Hello Bakarush and welcome to dreamviews

Just don't be afraid of whats in your dream, it cannot hurt you in real life, just remember that its all in a dream. Just confront it and know that it cant hurt you. It seems you just need to work on dream control so thats good, I hope that you can get over your fear and have some fun. Good luck.

      ^Probably

Well, the only reason you can't spin or face your fears is because you think you can't. If you know something is true in a dream then it will happen. I'm going to reference a segment from Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming. In one segment, Dr. Stephen Leberge provided a scenario:
You're walking down a street at night in a dream. It's very dark. Across the street, illuminated by a streetlight, you see a man in a dark hoodie. You think "Oh no, a mugger!" Before you know it, he's already at you, hurting you and taking your money. Now, if we rewind a little to the point where you first see the man. Instead of thinking "Oh no, a mugger!", you think "That must be my friend Jack. We're going to a concert tonight, and he's bringing the tickets." In this case, he would walk up to you, give you your ticket, and you'd have a jolly time at the concert.
Moral is, if you know or expect something to happen, it will. This is the basis for dream control, and with practice you can use it to do whatever you want. Your only limit is your imagination.

Edit: This is an apostrophe ' and this is an accent `. Please press the left Ctrl and Shift keys together twice. Sorry, it was annoying me

Thanks for the warm welcoming and for the tips guys.
So what your saying in other words "don`t judge a book by it`s cover" I understood , a bit hard for me though because the place I`m living in , full of muggers , corruption and aggression and I`m always skeptical of the people surrounding me.
Oh and I type like that and I-ve wrote bellow before your last post.
I`d like to , but I feel the fear to intense I can`t concentrate , I`ll try some more when I`ll get the chance.
And as I thought about the LD stuff in the past 1 hour , I started remembering some stuff I succeeded doing.
Falling down the balcony [ 8`th floor ] while being lucid , woke up before impact.
      Falling down while saying "Weeeeeeeeeeee".
Flying for some brief 4-5 seconds.
Another lucid dream/nightmare , it was a cocktails of emotions , and the dream ended with me trying to wake up and I thought the fastest way is to throw myself out the windows , but didn`t woke up and hit the ground and stayed unable to move for 5-6 seconds.
And the one I`m most proud of , when I had 10 years I had an out`er body experience , I saw myself from above how I was sleeping , and then I rolled in the bed I saw myself rolling , fell out of the bed , and I suddenly woke up upon the impact on the floor and everything the sheet , pillow , etc were exactly as I saw from above , wonder if I could make that happen again and actually control it.

Please stop using accents for apostrophes
Out of body experiences have no footing in science, nor is there any evidence supporting their existence.
