I've been improving my dream recall and I think I'm ready to start lucid dreaming. I'm not sure which method to choose, which do you think is easiest to start with? |

DV Buddy: BlueKat
I haven't the time to WILD (plus the SP is too strange), so I MILD. I'll use a present-tense mantra before drifting off to sleep (I AM dreaming in my case), and I try to go through the day with a heightened sense of awareness, which is a great RC, too. |

I'll try MILD, thanks again for your suggestions |

Best of luck, sukritact! Remember, try a method for about a week before switching. A method might not work right away and will require some practice, so don't give up on something right away. It took three weeks before I had my first LD (though some have had one on the first night after learning of LDs), so just keep at it and don't give up! Note your progress and enjoy the ride. |
