I'd like to hear from your Dream Journal, what those dreams were about.
This may give us more a clue as to which way you should go.

I don't know the term "Wild", but I suppose you are trying to do an OBE?
Still your dreams in your journal should tell us something to go on.

Thanks....but I actually think I figured it out.

It must mean (a guess here), Waking In the Lucid Dream....

      Am I correct?.....I think so.

Actually however, I dont' believe it's a "good thing" to do this, but rather let our consciousness take it's "normal route" IF the purpose soley is to control the sub-consciousness to then alter the waking state.
I know a lot of people wish to do this however.

BUT, if we dream as the nature of humans allow for, we will automatically, get to a higher state of consciousness and not need CONTROL by the ego force.

just "in my opinion" however, as I believe humankind is also part spiritual as well as mental & emotional of course.

I'll check the links, and thanks again,

Okay, thank you. I read the Carity post, and this is what used to be called
OOBE or sounds very much the same. Actually started in popularity in the 1970s with the advent of the books by Robert Monroe, called "Journeys out of the Body"
I still recommend we study our dreams for a higher purpose however, although
      OOBE is entertaining of course.
Dreams are meant to be more then entertainment as well.
