Hey I have some questions about L-dreaming

Hey im new here and im like new at lucid dreaming (iv had lucid dreams a view times when i was way younger on accedent but i was always to like, tired to do anything and just sleeping always seemed better then anything in the dreams)

but like i was wondering
whats a good way to remind myself to do reality checks, the first like week i was trying this i would do them pretty often but now i rarly think to do them (iv maybe done 5 today) and then i think "crap i just remembered! i havnt done one in like hours!" and i dont have a watch that i could set an alarm on or anything to remind me and iv tried to remind myself to do it like whenever i go through doorways or w/e but i always forget

i know alot of people say to do it off your dream signs but of the like 6-7 dreams iv recorded this last week (that iv actually started to remember them) i cant find any

if u could give me some tips that would be nice and no REAL common ones - like the ones that are on every lucid dreaming webpage out there
so yeh plz help

I never was very good at remembering to do my RCs, but this is ne thing that helped me. Apparently Shift had a lot of time on his(her?) hands and made a huge list of random reality check triggers. Keep that page bookmarked or saved as your home page, and click on one of the links there every day. The randomness of it and getting a new one every day should help keep you from forgetting about it. Eventually it'll just become something that you do.

It should just get stuck in your head. Or you might DILD if your lucky.
