Thread: Sleep positions

Which one do you sleep? Can you sleep in another one but the one that you are familiar to? Can you Lucid Dream sleeping in this position?

Personally, I can sleep in all of them, but 'fetal' and 'freefaller' are the most comfortable for me. As for lucid dreaming in one or another, I'm having a long lucid dryspell, so I don't know.

I sleep in all of them as well, except for soldier.

I'm usually in something between "fetal" and "yearner", but honestly, I think whatever's most comfortable for you is best.

so the position do not have much do to with your ability to lucid dream. Maybe this is my problem. I always try to sleep on the soldier position when I try to lucid dream.

I think that it's a misconception in the "instructions" people think of laying down as Soldier. Even I did it that way at first, but was very uncomfortable, so just slept how I usually do

I sleep in any way. Soldier(but face down), a cross between Fetal and Yearner (On my side, top leg is up, but bottom leg is straight, and arm under pillow. looks like a "K kind of, lol), and my bed is against a wall so sometimes I Soldier but with my leg bent and leaning against the wall
