Thread: Help with dream signs

How do i use dream signs to help me DILD? I noticed that I have a dream sign which is some friends I no longer have contact with(I moved away) so i can't do an RC each time I see them, by just recognising it as a dream sign will it help me become more aware in dreams?

Try doing a RC everytime you think of him.

In general, dream signs are found by re-reading dream journals for recurring themes. But yeah, RCing when you think of those friends might work, (though it isn't how I use RCs.) Or just try an create an association with your friends and dreaming in your head. It may surprise you how much the associations we make have in our thoughts transfer into our dreams.
