What if you simply didn't dream very much, thus not remembering anything since there's nothing to remember? |

Hey again people! I'm wondering if sleep affects you're ability to recall dreams in the morning!? Recently, I had two days with less than five hours of sleep |

Wait, what?
Yeah, I though about it, but I dreamt alot the other days in the week, and at these particullar days, I didn't dream anything..! I know, it could be a coinsidence. (spelled right?) So nobody have had similar thoughts? |

Exhaustion can absolutely hamper dream recall. I believe that you did dream, but just couldn't remember it. In general (not always of course), the more tired you are, the less effort your mind/brain will put into naturally remembering things. Exhaustion can hamper normal memory as well, not just dream recall. |

Yeah! I really have felt the same! But after these two days of to little sleep, I slept a whole lot more than I really use to, 14 hours I think, and I acctually had an LD! xD |
