Hello!

I'm Marius and I'm from norway. I heard about lucid dreaming a few years ago and found it quite interesting, but I never really cared enough to try it out as I'm really busy with school, and lucid dreaming is something that apparently requires a lot of effort. But recently I have actually started to get lucid dreams very often. Usually it is about 2 times or more each week. I have never kept a dream journal or anything like that, so I guess that I'm just lucky

I usually see something in my dream that is really really absurd, and then realize that it's a dream. I guess my mind is just screwed up

I usually only get to do one action or so before i wake up. Like last night when i killed death with a fly-kick...

I'm really enjoying these small lucid dreams and i want them to stay longer. I've tried shouting stupid things to make them last, and not fade away. And I've also tried spinning around, but it usually just ends up in fading to black and then waking up.
Perhaps is should try to set myself some goals to do while I'm lucid? So that the first thing i do is not to think about what I am going to do.
