Longterm Goal: Be a master of my dreams
Midterm Goal: Stay motivated in LD-ing
Shortterm goal: Stay lucid for a long time
Total LD: 35(11-06-2010)
Be rested - meditate - wake up and write down
Try this, when you wake up do not get up. Lay there still eyes closed for 20 seconds and think what did I dream about. It usually works for me and i had the same problems. BTW after i quit smoking weed i could remember 2 or 3 dreams every night so if you are try stopping for a bit. |

I usually walk through my dreams when I wake up (in my mind) step by step through every event I can remember. If you can't pull up events or know there are gaps, try to retain feelings from those segments, or from the overall dream, and then slowly look through the dream again. If you hold that feeling in place (don't move or open your eyes when you wake up, some shifting in bed to be more comfortable is okay.) then you should find even small segments coming to you easily. |

Lucid dreaming is such a tauntingly simple thing to attain...
Might I suggest meditation and autosuggestion? If you meditate for 10 mins before bed, many good things will come. And as for autosuggestion, create a mantra, such as, "In the morning I will remember my dreams and write them down." Recall is a big step on the path to lucidity! |
