Yea, I could go on about how I personally like the nose-pinch RC, and how I also like to look at my hand as an RC.

But Naiya's explanation just pretty much says it all. It really does change your frame of mind on RCing (in a good way).

But, the actual RC you use needs to suit you. Some RCs don't work for some, and some RCs work better for others.
Electo's links have a good list of possible RCs, just use a good few of them till you find out which ones work best for you.

Also, I should mention that if you keep a dream journal (and you should keep one!) look for certain things that come up in your dreams a lot. These are your dream signs. RC every time you see them in real life.

Also if you can't remember to do an RC write an A on your hand and whenever you see it do an RC.
