just want to introduce myself

Hi everyone!
I'm Torrie & I'm SO glad to have found this site! I thought I was crazy! I finally decided to look on the internet to see if there was anything related to what I am experiencing. I found this place. I've read the 'tutorial' & find it to be a bit overwhelming. I DID a search on my experience & found nothing--so I hope that its helpful to others. I'll search some more before I post though. Anyway, it's good to know that there are others like myself out there. Hope to learn some & give some advice to.

Welcome to Dreamviews! The tutorial can indeed be a but overwhelming at first. I would suggest, starting out, keeping a detailed as possible Dream Journal. Also, set yourself up a few daily reality checks (I suggest the nose pinch) and everything else can come later. Good Luck getting started, and feel free to ask as many questions as you like. There are many experienced LDers on this site who will be glad to help!

:welcome: Check out the tutorial section if you want to learn something, not matter how much knowledge you have, you can always top it off. Feel free to ask questions and post your own advice, since you seem to already have some knowledge.

It really is quite overwhelming at first. I'm not quite sure how to post a link, but this URL helped me out at first. Not sure how accurate some of the info is, but it gives you a good background in the area. http://www.wikihow.com/Lucid-Dream

I'm curious as to what your experiences are. I'm assuming lucid dreaming, but please correct me if I'm wrong.

we are all a little crazy here... especially myself.
Maybe you should try exploring a bit yourself, then you may be able to associate yourself with the terminology here.

...I like using big words :D
