      Greetings!!

      hi all, I'm new here and this is my first post! apologies for my English straight away.

      sometimes when i'm having a nightmare, i wake up in a middle of the night but then if i close my eyes, i will get back to the same nightmare straight away :S so i got to keep my eyes open for like 20 seconds at least!

      so i wanted to ask u smth ppl, do u experience the same thing?

      Hey Bobby17, welcome to the forum. About your question, that is not so trange to happen, since when you wake up only shortly and go back to sleep then your mind will still be half in the previous dream anyway and chances are big it will continue. So don't worry nothing's wrong with you . Maybe you can even use this to get LDs if you fall into a dream so easily at night after waking up?
