      KB's Method

I have a little black book that I write it in, but it isn't very detailed and I tend to only write down my most vivid ones. Also, I have a nosy sister so I don't feel comfortable enough to write all of them down. She is only ten and I think some of my dreams would scar her for life... which would be somewhat funny.

I think I'm gonna opt for voice recorder then playback and type into PC later. I've got a small MP3 player that can also record voice so and I'll be able to use that and take it to work to type onto Pc at lunchtime.

      I'm taking this option because:

      • It should be a lot quicker to simply record my words than using a keyboard in the early hours of the morning
      • I'll be able to do it without opening my eyes and minimal body movement which should greatly improve recall.
      • Privacy - I share kb_blogger's concerns about others reading anything I write down.
      • If my journal is on the PC then I'll be able to do things with it a a later date. I'm a software developer and I'll probably write a journal app at some point.
I'll give it a go tonight and see how it goes but it's definitely looking the best option for me.

Hmm, I can't decide, because at the moment it's a mix between option 2, 3 and 4 for me. I have my laptop by my bedside and I use it to record my voice and sometimes I do convert it to text later, but sometimes I don't.

I write a little bit of the main points at night with a pen, then I written them on my computer in the morning.

No joy, could barely recall a few dream fragments, I think I'm overtired. I'll try again after a couple of night of good sleep.

I write them down first off, I find when I have more then one and i'm writing one down I remember more of the other.

Then I copy them into Dream Journal 2.0 (shameless plug )

      Yeaahh, i'm weird like that.
