I just started learning about how to lucid dream yesterday (!) - I'm a total noob. I know the first step is to learn how to remember your dreams. When I was younger, I'd remembered my dreams all the time but in the past 10 years or so, that faded and I barely ever remember them now. |

Goals:
[ ] Accumulate a substantial dream journal
[ ] Gain lucidity in a dream
Yes, autosuggestion is a powerful tool, and every dreamer should at least try it a few times. |

Success comes to those who are not afraid of failing.

We'll ride the spiral to the end and may just go where no one's been.
Spiral out. Keep going.
Thanks for the comments! I tried it again last night and it did work. I woke up after about 3 different dreams BUT I was just too tired to write them down so I forgot the first 2 and most of the 3rd one (which was super long and all took place in a huge castle, lol). |
