When i was a little kid, about 7-11 years old i would have terrible dreams that would scare me so bad i would yell to my parents room, and i would have these dreams multiple times in a night, and sometimes for days, soon i became lucid on my own without even knowing what i was and i was able to change my nightmares into happy/pleasent dreams, now that i am a teenager, i can't remember my dreams hardly ever i dont remember the last time i even had a dream and i was wondering if it was because of my terror of dreams as a child, any answers? |

nah, you have to remember that you dream every night, whenever you remember them or not. You always dream. It's a matter of upping your dream recall |

It hasn't even been an hour, take a deep breath |

Yeah i have never kept a dream journal i guess i never saw the point and i thought it would never work but now that i am getting this feedback about it i am starting to consider it, also i am going to try the alarm clock thing where you set it for a couple of hours before you wake up, i am so fascinated with dreams lately i am at desperate measures and i am not sure if being desperate for a dream will help or not |

The drive can definitely help, just don't stress out too badly. And yes, keeping a dreamjournal is going to be one of the fundamental parts of being able to lucid dream. |

Yeah, and when i do remember a dream mostly whats happened lately, (well i shouldnt say lately since i havent remembered a dream lately) but what has happened to many of my dreams is a wake up and im like wow cool dream and then i start to go over it and second by second i remember less and less and then i try to stop to remember it so i wont lose it but i suppose a dj would help a lot, thanks. |

Oh and also do you think that going sp ( i think thats what its called im not sure exactly ) but i believe its also called OBE, would help in lucid dreaming |
|
nevermind i just looked it up i was wrong about the sp |
|
Personally, I believe OBEs obtained by lucid dreaming methods are just dreams. Depending on what you believe is what, sleep paralysis may help. If you get ISP, though, definitely use it to WILD. |

oh this is a little confusing to me but i think i know what your saying, well i just went and took a nap and in the middle of it my friend called me and im not sure if i woke up or not but i think while my phone was going off i dreamt about it and i dreamt i looked at it and just didnt answer it, but it couldve been me just thinking, huh? |
