alright i read about this yesterday and i want to let u know what happen. I went to sleep and i remembered 3 dreams my first night. My body woke up and wrote them down. Im not even joking. Give me some advice and i love this thanks. |

I've written in my DJ when it was pitch black and it was barely readable the next morning... I think muscle memory can write legibly without sight. But without conciousness? That's odd. Anyway, keep writing them down. (Whether you mean to or not.) And I imagine you shall start having lucids soon. |

Having a dream journal is the first step towards lucidity, and you are already on the right track. |

This happens to me a lot. I will wake up and find a whole dream written in my journal, with no memory of writing it. I guess that is why it is important to develop a solid habit of recording your dreams every time you wake up. Sometimes those mid-night awakenings can be really hazy, spacey, and hard to remember. |
