I have many nightmares lately, and was wondering how difficult lucid dreaming would be to master. how long did it take for you to learn to do?

I look forward to reading & hope I am able to achieve lucid dreaming and will be motivated to meet and talk with all of you:)

I thank all of you for helping me here in this thread for direction, and encouraging my Lucid dreaming knowledge.
I am glad at this DV forum there are people that invest time encouraging existing members to interact more within your DV community.

Sometimes I think members should ask themselves, "What steps do you take to get members more involved?"
