keeping a drea journal is the best thing you can do at this stage.
also i good tip would be to do reality checks now then, once you have recognised your dream signs.
there are tutorials on reality checks and dream signs on this website so please, have a look around.
have a nice time on dream views.

Welcome to Dream Views!
Keeping a Deram Journal would be great to help remember more dreams. You may even be able to find your Dream Sign.
And what do you mean your body woke up and wrote them down? Were you still dreaming, but your body started moving and wrote them down?
Welcome to DreamViews, skylerlome!
 I almost pissed myself when I read that.Quote:

How long are you staying awake while you jot this stuff down? Hypnopompic memory is known to be pretty terrible.
thats so awesome :D . you'r so lucky .
hehe ty i still havent had a lucid dream though. hope i get one soon
Having a dream journal is the first step towards lucidity, and you are already on the right track.
Once you have written your dreams down, you need to analyse them for patterns. These patterns are called dream signs. For example, you might find that you always dream of cars.
You can then use these dreams signs to recognise you are dreaming and thus became lucid.
Check out the tutorial area for some techniques.
Oooh and welcome to the forums :D
This happens to me a lot. I will wake up and find a whole dream written in my journal, with no memory of writing it. I guess that is why it is important to develop a solid habit of recording your dreams every time you wake up. Sometimes those mid-night awakenings can be really hazy, spacey, and hard to remember.
