Hey all. I've been reading some of these threads where people are talking about how they have bad dream recall because they're "only" remembering 1-2 dreams per night. I started almost a week ago and I've only been able to remember ONE dream. I'm really not sure why this is, but after reading some threads I'm starting to think it's because I smoke so much weed. I smoke multiple times a day and I almost always go to bed high and I'm beginning to suspect this is hurting my dream recall ability. Either that or I just suck at dream recall. I don't think I should be having this much trouble with dream recall since I clearly remember periods in my life where I'd dream multiple times a day. Either way, I'm going to continue practicing all this stuff and reading about it every night and I'll give it every night for a couple of months. Out of curiosity though, has anyone else with recall this bad (one out of six days) actually managed to get to the stage where they can LD/have good recall? Seems like everyone starts off and immediately has multiple dream recalls per night. Any other tips would be appreciated as well. |
