      [HELP] Problem Talking

      I cant talk in ANY lucid dreams I get there is NO words or sound at all!

      I used to have that problem when I started out. You're afraid that talking will wake you up since you know that sound can wake you. You just have to force it.

      Oh ok any idea's on geting into the l/d state for DILDS..... i count each breath and listen to delta brainwaves...... so yea any ideas on getign into DILD state?

      DILD state? I'm a bit confused, but, what is that? Do you mean how to do a DILD?
